Experimental Study On The Application Of The Teaching Method Of Guiding Learning In Junior Table Tennis Teaching

Table tennis teaching in junior middle school is an important part of physical education in junior middle school.adopting a reasonable and effective teaching method is of great help to table tennis teaching.Based on the research status quo of the application of the guiding teaching method in the field of physical education,this paper probes into the application effect of the guiding teaching method in the teaching of table tennis,provides some experiences for the research of the teaching method of physical education,and improves the enthusiasm of the students to participate in sports activities.Cultivating Students' Perfect Personality.Taking the application of guiding teaching method in table tennis teaching in middle school as the research object and combining with the actual situation of myself,this paper selects 50 boys of Grade One in Lincheng Middle School in Xingtai City,Hebei Province as the experimental object.A three-month teaching experiment of guiding teaching method was carried out.Through the comparison of the special quality of table tennis,the technique of table tennis and the psychology of physical exercise between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,the results show that: Through the comparison before and after the experiment,The special quality of table tennis and the technique of table tennis in the experimental class and the control class have been significantly improved.But the experimental class promoted more than the control class,but only the "peer relationship" experimental class and the control class were promoted in the aspect of physical exercise psychology,and the experimental class was in "physical subjective feeling," "self-adjustment," and "activity enthusiasm." There has also been a lot of improvement.It is proved that the teaching method of guiding learning can improve students' special physical quality and skills of table tennis,and promote the cultivation of students' healthy personality.
