Vibration training is a neuromuscular training method developed in recent years. It uses mechanical vibration and external resistance load to stimulate the body, cause muscle oscillations, and adapt to the central nervous system, thereby improving neuromuscular function. In recent years, because of the social environment, schools, families, and students' inattentiveness to health, college students' physical fitness has declined. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of WBVT on physical fitness in college students. This study takes the effect of vibration training on college students' physical fitness as the research object.16 healthy male college students were randomly divided into the WBVTG,the age=20.63±0.74 years,height=175.08±7.10 cm,weight=69.45±5.10 kg and CG age=21.00±1.51 years,height=177.23±4.28 cm,weight=72.13±4.22 kg,The groups treatment of WBVT was 20 min,3 times per week for 8 weeks,frequencies=10 Hz and amplitudes=4 mm(NO WBV on the CG).Statistical analysis with SPSS between groups at pre-test and post-test,the analysis results were expressed as “?X±SD”.The significant statistics was set at p<0.05.Result: 1.There were significant statistical improvements in back strength,a minute squat-to-stand,30-m sprint, vertical jump height,T-test and cross-jump,p<0.05.2.There were significant statistical improvements in the sit-ups,BESS test and reaction time,p<0.01.3.No group differences were detected in vital capacity, step test, grip strength,BMI,BF percent,WHR and seat flexion test,p>0.05.Conclusion: 1.WBVT has significantly improved with the lower limbs and back muscle strength,speed,power,agility,coordination,p<0.05,has significantly improved with the balance, reaction time,p<0.01.2.No significant improvement in cardiopulmonary fitness, upper limb muscle strength, body composition,flexibility,p>0.05.3.No significant improvement in CG,p>0.05.
