Objective: in this experiment,the fatigue model of leg muscles was made by using leg flexion and extension training with load,and then static stretching,fascial gun relaxation,fascial gun and tension combination relaxation and passive relaxation of lying down rest were carried out.The fatigue recovery of the subjects was recorded at five time points before exercise,immediately after training,immediately after relaxation and 24 hours and 48 hours after exercise to understand the effect of different relaxation methods on fatigue recovery after exercise,as well as the advantages and disadvantages,to explore the function principle and mechanism of fascial gun,a new type of sportsequipment,and to provide theoretical basis for the use of relaxation methods.Research methods: 40 male college students of non sports major in Nanjing Institute of physical education were selected.The height,weight and BMI of the subjects were measured and recorded by height measuring instrument and body composition measuring instrument respectively.Then,the subjects were randomly divided into four groups,10 in each group,namely,blank group(Cg),stretching group(Tg),Hypervolt group(Hg)and Hypervolt&Tensile group(H&Tg)?Each group of subjects first measured the initial data(muscle state and isokinetic muscle strength data),and then carried out 15 times of leg flexion and extension load training,using 60% 1RM as the load to model exercise-induced muscle fatigue for the knee extensor group of lower limbs.Immediately after the exercise,the changes of muscle state and strength were measured.Then,Tg subjects received five minutes of static stretching and relaxation intervention,Hg subjects received five minutes of muscle impact relaxation intervention,H&Tg subjects received three minutes of muscle impact and two minutes of static stretching relaxation intervention,and Cg subjects received passive relaxation by lying on their back.At the end of the intervention,the subjects were measured immediately,and retested 24 hours and 48 hours after the training.Five measurements were made in this experiment: initial data before exercise,immediately after training,immediately after relaxation,24 hours later and 48 hours later.The measureddata included isokinetic muscle strength index(peak torque and output power),muscle state index(muscle tension,dynamic hardness and muscle elasticity),and delayed muscle soreness after 24 hours and 48 hours.Results: muscle state index,according to the research results,there were significant differences in the data of muscle tension of blank group,stretching group,Hypervolt group and Hypervolt&Tensile group at different time points(P < 0.01),but the change range of each group was different at different time points.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Immediately after relaxation,there was a significant difference in the range of change between the group of Hypervolt&Tensile and the stretching group and the blank group(P <0.01).In the rectus femoris,there was difference in the change range between the Hypervolt group and the blank group and the stretching group(P < 0.05).In the medial femoral muscle,there was a difference between the Hypervolt&Tensile group and the stretching group(P < 0.05).24 hours after training,there were differences between the Hypervolt group and the blank group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group(P < 0.05).In rectus femoris,there were differences between the stretching group and the blank group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group(P < 0.05),and between the Hypervolt group and the blank group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group(P < 0.05).There were significant differences(P < 0.05)and very significant differences(P < 0.001)between the Hypervolt group and the stretching group and theHypervolt&Tensile group in the medial femoral muscle,and there were differences between the blank group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the groups 48 hours after training.There was significant difference(P < 0.01)in the data of muscle dynamic hardness between the groups at different time points,but the change range was different between the groups at different time points.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Immediately after relaxation,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01)between the Hypervolt group and the stretching group and the blank group,and there was a difference between the Hypervolt&Tensile group and the blank group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference(P < 0.01)and very significant difference(P < 0.001)between the Hypervolt&Tensile group and the blank group and the stretching group respectively,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05)between the Hypervolt group and the stretching group.24 hours after training,there were significant differences(P < 0.01)and very significant differences(P < 0.001)between the Hypervolt group and the blank group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group,and there were differences between the stretching group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the Hypervolt group and the Hypervolt&Tensile group(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the groups 48 hours after training.There was significant difference(P < 0.01)between the groups in the data ofmuscle elasticity at different time points,but there was difference in the change range at different time points between the groups.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Immediately after relaxation,there was a significant difference between the stretching group and the blank group.There were differences(P < 0.05),differences(P < 0.05)and significant differences(P <0.01)between the two groups.24 hours after training,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Isokinetic index,according to the research results,the peak torque and output power of blank group,stretching group,Hypervolt group and Hypervolt&Tensile group were significantly different at different time points(P < 0.01),but the change amplitude of each group was similar at different time points without significant difference(P > 0.05).In terms of recovery effect,the peak torque and output power index of TG recovered to the initial level after 48 h,the output power index of Hg basically recovered to the initial level after 24 h,the peak torque index basically recovered to the initial level after 48 h,and the output power index of H & TG only approached the initial level after 48 h.DOMS index,24 hours after exercise,the VAS score of stretching group was the highest,the second was blank group,the second was Hypervolt group,the lowest was Hypervolt&Tensile group.There were significant differences between stretching group and Hypervolt group and Hypervolt&Tensile group(P < 0.01)and differences(P < 0.05).There was nosignificant difference among the groups 48 hours after exercise(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After strength training,if effective active relaxation is not carried out,the recovery of muscle state is relatively slow,and it is still in fatigue state after lying down rest,and gradually tends to the initial level after24 hours;muscle strength does not return to the initial level within 48 hours,and is still in fatigue state.(2)The effect of stretching and relaxation is similar to that of the blank group;it can promote the recovery of muscle strength after training,and basically return to the initial level after 48 hours;the effect of improving subjective discomfort is not obvious.(3)The relaxation of fascial gun can obviously relieve the increase of muscle tension and hardness after strength training,and it will return to the initial state immediately after relaxation.The effect is more obvious after 24 hours,and the value is basically lower than the initial level;compared with the blank group,it can promote the recovery of muscle strength after fatigue,and the muscle strength will return to the normal level after 48 hours;subjective discomfort and blank There was no difference in the group.(4)The combination of fascial gun and stretching has the effect of instant recovery of muscle tension and hardness after strength training,but the recovery state 24 hours after training is not as good as the effect of using fascial gun alone;compared with fascial gun group and stretching group,the combination of relaxation has better recovery effect on subjective discomfort;and the recovery effect for muscle strength is not asgood as using fascial gun alone or stretching.
