Internet technology and the sharing economy have driven the development of labor on the Internet platform.The rise of new labor in the platform has increased the utilization rate of idle labor resources and the ability of the society to absorb employment.Research on the new-type labor relations within the platform can help people understand the newtype labor relations and have a positive significance for the construction of harmonious labor relations in China.The new type of labor is a general term for all types of labor on the Internet platform.Classification of the types of labor within the platform can improve its' labor relations in a more targeted manner.Due to the complexity of labor relations within the platform,there are certain difficulties in the classification of new labor relations.Therefore,this paper attempts to classify the labor relations on the platform,classifies and discusses the new labor relations,analyzes the operating mechanism and important features of different new labor relations,and studies the distribution problems among them,and puts forward standard policy suggestions.Based on the existing literature,this paper first introduces that platform labor under Internet technology has become a research hotspot,and sorts out the domestic and foreign research results.Secondly,through a series of data and materials related to labor relations including charts,it shows the changes in productivity under the development of Internet technology,the development of Internet platforms and employment,and examines the current labor relationship disputes to clarify the current development background and development progress of the new labor relations.Then,this article regards the Internet space as a piece of "land",and benchmarks the labor subjects participating in labor under the new labor relationship with the agricultural production in the land.The new labor relations are classified into two types: "Tenant-type autonomous labor relations" and "New employment relations",and the two relations are respectively incorporated into the capitalist land rent theory "land owner-agricultural capitalist-agricultural worker" model,According to the labor process theory,land ownership and land rent theory,the these two types of labor relations' operation mechanism and characteristics are elaborated from the three aspects of labor process,land rent formation,income,and the difference between new labor relationship,there also have a distinguished comparison with the traditional labor relationship.It is concluded that workers with tenancy-type autonomous relations have a higher degree of autonomy,and the service fee paid to the platform is essentially capitalist rent,which is determined by the average social labor rate of other production sectors except the department where the platform is located,the income earned by laborers is determined by the capitalist market mechanism.It is concluded that the important feature of the tenancy-type autonomous labor relationship is that cooperation is greater than dependence and capital determines income.And compared with the traditional labor relationship,there are differences in the main body of labor,the form of labor,labor relations,labor autonomy,income sources and so on.Under the new type of employment relationship,laborers and third-party labor companies are formally affiliated,but they are essentially jointly managed by the platform,third-party labor companies,and customers.Laborers only get labor value in the process of labor.The new type of employment relationship is essentially the same as the traditional labor relationship,only on the premise of freedom,and there are differences in the subject of labor and labor management.Then,according to the theory of income distribution,the problems in the two new types of labor relations are classified into initial distribution and redistribution,and the distribution problems in the tenancy-type autonomous labor relationship are pointed out.In terms of fees and rating evaluation,the new-type employment-labor relationship should focus on rewards and punishment standards and skills training.At the same time,the self-employed labor relationship of tenancy should ensure the independence of autonomy and security,and the new type of employment relationship should restrict the platform to assume responsibility.Finally,through the problem of income distribution under the new labor relationship,it puts forward policy suggestions for the new labor relationship.Regarding the tenancytype autonomous labor relationship,the recommendations are: setting intermediate labor relationship confirmation laws;urging the platform to improve the service fee and grievance mechanism;strengthening the construction of the tenancy-type autonomous labor social security.For the new type of employment relationship,the suggestions are: to allocate the responsibility ratio of the labor relationship subject of the platform;to urge the platform to improve the reward and punishment and training system;to strengthen the social security construction of the new type of employment.
