opportunities,so the use of basic coordination in basketball offense is becoming more and more important.A large amount of data shows that as one of the basic offensive tactical cooperation,the screening cooperation is widely used by national teams in the world for its simplicity,practicality and efficiency,and it is the most widely used positional offensive tactical cooperation.Through high-quality screening cooperation,it can quickly disrupt the opponent's defensive formation,tear the opponent's defense line and allow the team to take the initiative,thereby obtaining more opportunities for offensive scoring.This article uses research methods such as video observation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method,etc.The research target of the Chinese men's basketball team in the 2019 Basketball World Cup matches is from the time characteristics and regional characteristics of the cover cooperation.,Personnel position composition,the organization form of the screening cooperation,the offensive effect after the screening,and the strategy of the defensive screening cooperation are analyzed and discussed.Through comparison with the opponent,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The Chinese men's basketball team has an average of 80.8 screens per match.The total number of screens used is 48 times more than that of all opponents.However,most of the screens are not of high quality,mainly due to the obvious screen intentions and the screen area when screened.Small,can not effectively block or delay the defender of the screened person,the single form of screening cooperation and little change after screening.(2)The time distribution of the Chinese men's basketball team and the opponent's cover match is consistent.It mainly occurs within 15 seconds,and the cover match occurs from 16 to 24 seconds more than the Chinese team;the Chinese team relies on cover cooperation for almost every position
