A Research On The Current Situation Of Football Teams Of National Youth Campus Football Specialist Schools In Lingbao City,Henan Province

Basic standards(trial)of the Ministry of Education's national youth football characteristics schools clearly stipulated that the schools applying for the qualifications must set up football organizations.And it is required that there should be class and grade representative teams,as well as school-level male and female football teams.Establishing different levels of campus football teams is the basic requirement for this great task.The training and competitions play an important part in football tactics,skills,physical fitness,intelligence,football consciousness,competition ability,the performance and so on.Clearly,it can also play a leading role in these activities and cultivating our country's football talented players.The study takes the current situation of the football teams of national characteristic schools in Lingbao city,Henan province as the research object,and makes an in-depth study by using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,field survey,interview and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions are drawn:1.A total of 14 schools in Lingbao city have been selected by the Ministry of Education as "national characteristic schools for youth campus football",including 2 senior middle schools,5 junior middle schools and 7 primary schools.There are 2 high schools,2 junior high schools,3 primary schools,3 junior middle schools and 4 primary schools in urban areas.Every school has a men's football team.2.Football coaches' age structure is given priority to young and middle-aged teachers,most of which have bachelor degree,with fewer senior titles.In addition,not experienced in football training,most of them don't have related certifications for coaches,referees,and athletes.84.21% of them have been teaching below three years and 100% on-the-job trainer have attended the "national cultivating plan","provincial training program" or "city plan",but Lingbao city education departments have not organized football training of the coaches.3.Football players are mainly distributed in the sixth grade of elementary schools,eighth grade of junior schools,the third grade of senior high schools,and most of whom are average students and have been trained for less than two years.They take part in the training for the sake of personal interests or to keep fit,and their overall rate of sports injury is as high as 76.36%,especially for the players from junior middle schools.Injuries occur mainly in ankles,feet and legs.Injuries are usually minor and emergency ones,especially in winter.The main causes of injuries are inadequate preparation,unskilled movements and unreasonable arrangement of training contents.After injuries,they often seek help from teammates or coaches instead of doctors.4.Football team do trainings 4-6 times per week on average,30-120 mins every time.In elementary and junior schools,they pay much attention to technical training,however,with the improvement of learning period,they gradually focus on tactics and physical training.The vast majority of the school football team coaches attaches great importance to the training plans,but these plans are still lack of systematic,scientific,normative and practical execution,etc.The football team training funds are insufficient,and can only maintain the daily training.The training equipment looks good on the surface,but due to years of disrepair,there is a great safety hazard;most of the parents and academic teachers do not have enough understanding and support for football players to participate in the training and do not have a deep understanding of the importance of carrying out campus football activities.5.Football teams take part in Lingbao city's football matches for primary and secondary schools every year,and the teams with outstanding achievements also take part in Sanmenxia city's series of sunshine sports games for primary and secondary schools(football matches)on behalf of Lingbao city.In terms of football competition,the primary schools do better than the junior middle schools,and the middle schools do better than senior high schools,and towns better than the villages.However,there is a serious shortage of intramural class competitions and inter-school competitions.At present,"Lingbao characteristic schools of campus football" have not set up a girls' football team,so it is urgent to carry out women's football.
