The analysis of senior high school biology examination paper has always been an important link in senior high school biology education statistics and evaluation.The analysis of the examination paper can not only understand the students' mastery of knowledge and the deficiencies of teachers' teaching,but also the students' real ability.The analysis of the examination paper is helpful to the teaching of science,to guide the students to review,and to help them clearly grasp the weak points in each subject.It plays a very important role in education and teaching.Past high school biology examination paper analysis only relies on the teachers' teaching experience,or only from the aspects of reliability and validity analysis,these methods not only heavily dependent on the sample size,and unable to ascertain the cause of student achievement,no way of knowing how students' ability,the feedback of information,not in-depth analysis was carried out on the test paper.Item Response Theory is domestic in recent years the introduction of new theories,its biological examination paper analysis on research is almost blank in high school,is,the purpose of this article is based on Item Response Theory analysis of high school biology paper,and puts forward Suggestions for a high school biology teachers' teaching and guidance,targeted to improve the teaching quality for teachers to provide favorable conditions.Firstly,this study studied and expounded the paper analysis and project response theory by using the method of literature.Then,the feasibility analysis was carried out on the selected high school biology test paper by using the interview method.The analysis indexes mainly included the overall quality of the paper,the reliability of the paper and the validity of the paper.When the quality reliability and validity of the test paper reach a certain standard,the paper is further analyzed by using Item Response Theory.Through the evaluation of project response theory,SPSS software,Visual Foxpro6.0 software and ANOTE1.60 software were used for data processing,and the parameter values of each question and the ability values of all students could be obtained.Through the re-analysis of the data obtained by the software,the information obtained through the analysis is summarized,and then the non-standard test questions are modified,and four reference suggestions are provided for the teaching of high school biology teachers based on the research data :(1)Attach importance to the cultivation oflogical thinking ability;(2)Attach importance to the cultivation of students' writing skills;(3)Pay attention to the cultivation of students' examination ability;(4)Turn the abstract into concrete.
