The Party and the State have always attached great importance to vocational education,which is required to be placed in a more prominent and important position in the whole educational structure and layout.China has entered a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring continue to accelerate,all walks of life demand for technical and skilled personnel is more and more urgent,the position and role of vocational education is more and more prominent.As an important part of vocational education in China,secondary vocational education has been pursuing the goal and mission of cultivating talents' innovative spirit and practical ability.As an important professional basic course of e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools,the course of " Business Etiquette " occupies a very important position in the teaching system and is the basis of the follow-up professional courses.In view of the problems in the current " Business Etiquette " course teaching,many secondary vocational schools are constantly looking for new teaching methods and models in the innovation and reform,and the action-oriented teaching method provides the possibility to solve this problem.Action-oriented teaching method is the method of designing,developing and evaluating educational and teaching activities around the "complete course of action" of a profession and the law of students' professional growth,so as to realize the integration of teaching,learning and doing,to cultivate students' ability to formulate,implement and evaluate plans independently,to construct their own knowledge system and develop comprehensive professional ability in the course of practice.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background,significance,research methods and technical routes,research content and innovation,as well as the research status at home and abroad.Then,the concepts of action-oriented teaching method,business etiquette and teaching design are defined,and the theories of constructivism,action-experience learning and socialization are elaborated.Then,based on the analysis and summary of the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper abstracts the rational logic of action-oriented teaching method,which consists of four parts: connection,exploration,practice and feedback.Secondly,with the opportunity of educational practice,the author investigates the current situation of "Business Etiquette" teaching in secondary vocational schools.Through questionnaires and interviews with some teachers and students of the course,in-depth classroom observation of teaching behavior,we have obtained a wealth of first-hand information,and clarified the current teaching situation and existing problems of " Business Etiquette " course in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,the author creatively applies the action-oriented teaching method rational logic to the teaching of " Business Etiquette " in secondary vocational schools.Respectively from three aspects: pre class preparation: establishing connection,stimulating motivation;classroom implementation: creating situation,assisting practice;after class feedback: focusing on development,four levels of evaluation to carry out specific teaching design.Finally,the author summarizes the research content of this paper,points out the existing problems and improvement ideas,and puts forward thoughts and prospects for future in-depth research.
