Research On Problems And Development Countermeasures Of Competitive Sport Competition System In China Under The Background Of Powerful Sports

China's competitive sports competition system was formed in the period of planned economy,after continuous reform and adjustment,it has been steadily shaped,so far,a relatively complete competition system has been formed,and it has contributed to the development of China's competitive sports.At this stage,there are still many problems in China's competitive sports competition system,there is still a clear gap with the requirements of a strong sports country,and it also restricts the healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports in China.This study is based on the background of sports power,using the methods of literature,expert interview,historical analysis and logical analysis,combing the development and evolution history,taking the National Games as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of China's competitive sports competition system,in depth explore the existing problems and causes at this stage,we will further explore development strategies,make China's competitive sports competition system more complete,to better adapt to the actual needs of the overall development of China's competitive sports and the promotion of sports powers,make competitive sports competition system play its role and function better.The conclusions are as follows:1.China's competitive sports competitions can be roughly divided into four categories: those directly managed by the General Administration of sport,those managed by individual sports associations,those managed by various competent departments and professional sports associations,and those managed by social sports competition organizations.The setting of sports events should be in line with the setting of Olympic Games events to the greatest extent,so as to better play the role of the National Games for the Olympic Games In the 13 th National Games,the gold medal list was cancelled and the original scoring policy was cancelled.2.The problems existing in China's competitive sports competition system are mainly manifested in four aspects: first,the government led competitive sports competition system,which lacks the ability to absorb social and market resources;second,due to the influence of the existing system,corruption and various illegal behaviors occur frequently;third,the contradiction between local interests and national interests leads to the strategic contradiction between the National Games and the Olympic Games,Fourth,there is structural imbalance in the development.3.The reasons for the problems in China's competitive sports competition system are as follows: first,the government's rights in the competition system are too large,there are many administrative barriers,which have curbed the growth space of social sports competition organizations;second,the system malpractice of indiscriminate management and management is prominent,and the construction of the rule of law is lagging behind;third,the sports system reform of the National Games is lagging behind,and the competition system design is utilitarian;fourth,the instrumentalism tendency and resources of project setting Unbalanced distribution leads to structural imbalance of the project.4.Under the sports power,the reform of China's competitive sports competition system should focus on the following four points: first,to break down administrative barriers,cultivate and expand social sports competition organizations,release social and market vitality;second,to promote the separation of management and management,and improve the system of laws and regulations;third,to reform the whole sports system,establish a double regulatory system,improve the scoring system,so as to better coordinate the two strategies;Fourth Optimize the setting of sports and promote the development of competitive sports.
