Biological exploration experiment teaching is an important means to cultivate students' scientific inquiry ability,and also an important way to cultivate students' biological science literacy.Scientific inquiry is not only a basic way for scientists to work,but also an important learning content and effective teaching method in biology courses.In the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the concept of "advocating inquiring learning" was put forward,and the "Biology Curriculum Standard(2011Edition)" also proposed that teachers should guide and organize students to conduct inquiring learning in experimental teaching,so that Students initially learn the general process of exploratory learning and develop students' scientific inquiry capabilities.Introducing exploratory experiments into the teaching of biology courses enables students to actively acquire biological knowledge,experience scientific processes and scientific methods,and form certain scientific inquiry capabilities and scientific attitudes and values.Through the implementation of inquiry learning in the exploratory experimental teaching of biology,students' learning methods can be effectively transformed,which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents.Inquiry experiments occupy a very important position in junior middle school biology teaching.After years of front-line teaching experience,it is found that the following problems generally exist in the junior middle school biological exploratory experimental teaching in this area:(1)Teacher's concept.(2)Too much emphasis on test-related knowledge in the experiment.(3)Students have negative thoughts and low learning initiative.(4)Students are weak in exploring experiments.(5)Most of the exploratory experiments in the textbook are ignored.Based on the above background,this subject's research will try to implement teaching in the junior middle school biological exploration experiment.There are many papers about the application of tutorials in the teaching of theoretical knowledge by teachers,which also proves that a good teaching effect is achieved through the application of tutorials in theoretical lessons.When teachers use the experience gained by applying the tutorial in the teaching of theoretical knowledge and implement the tutorial in the exploration of experimental classroom teaching,they are far from achieving the expected teaching effect.Therefore,some teachers put forward the question of what kind of lesson plans to use in the exploration experiment teaching,how to compile the lesson study plans.Therefore,through the research of this subject,we explore the application value of the tutorial in the biological exploration experiment teaching in junior high school,and explore how to apply the exploration experiment tutorial more effectively to train students to explore experimental design ability and improve teaching efficiency.It provides simple and feasible teaching strategies for the biology teachers in the region to carry out the exploratory biology experiments smoothly,so as to increase the teachers' confidence in carrying out the exploratory biology teaching and actively carry out the exploratory experiment activities.The author has adopted educational methods such as literature method,experimentalresearch method,case analysis and comparison method,classroom observation method,etc.,which took more than one year,and carefully prepared the junior middle school biological inquiry experimental guide case,to the representative first grade two.Each class teaches the biological exploration experiment class.The experiment class uses the inquiry experiment guide case to teach,the control class uses the conventional experiment teaching,and the teaching effect of the student group experiment is investigated under the effect of the inquiry experiment guide case.After implementing two different teaching methods for the experimental class and the control class for a period of time,the pen and paper test was carried out.The experimental results showed that the average score of the experimental class increased after the first semester,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After the second semester,the average scores of the two classes are significantly different(P<0.05),that is,after the second semester of exploratory experimental learning,the experimental basic knowledge and ability of the students in the experimental class have improved to the control class.And only by continuing to carry out this type of inquiry teaching,the difference between the two classes of students will become more and more obvious.In addition,the teacher carefully observed and recorded the performance of the students in the two classes during the practical teaching research process,and compared the differences in the learning behavior and mental state of the students in different classes.The analysis found that the application of the tutorial model teaching model made the experiment The students in the class have great differences in inquiry ability,consciousness and initiative,and language expression.The research results of this topic show that:In the junior middle school biology exploration experiment teaching application of exploration experiment guide case,1.can promote students' interest and initiative in learning biology,can enable students to gradually develop the initial ability and creativity of scientific research,can help students Having a good grasp of biology-related knowledge can also help teachers improve the efficiency of exploratory experimental teaching;2.Can guide students to conduct pre-primary self-preparation,help students develop good habits of pre-experiment pre-examination,effective To improve the participation of students in classroom exploration and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,the effect is more ideal,and it also changes students' learning methods to a certain extent;3.It can promote the improvement of students' biological learning performance in experimental classes.The above research results show that exploring experimental tutorials can improve teaching efficiency.Inquiry-based teaching methods are effective and good methods and are worth promoting.To deeply penetrate the concept of new curriculum reform in education and teaching,it is necessary to further change the way students learn.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to carry out the teaching mode of inquiry in the course of teaching new theoretical knowledge,and other disciplines should also use this method to implement teaching in order to strengthen students' consciousness and habits of independent learning,develop thinking,and cultivate creativity.
