Under the influence of national policies and public opinions, how to prevent school bullying has become an important social issue which is concerned by academic circles. In view of this situation, this paper will discuss the prevention and treatment of school bullying from the perspective of a bystander. The reasons for this paper are as follows: firstly, most of the existing researches focus on the bully and the bullied, and to some extent ignore the bystanders who are also in the school bullying.Secondly, there are a lot of bystanders in the situation of school bullying, and their role cannot be underestimated. Therefore,it is necessary to study bystanders in the traditional study of school bullying.Third,in reality, people from all walks of life mentioned that they should pay attention to the impact of bystanders on school bullying, but there is a lack of relevant evidence research. This paper adopts the "school bullying questionnaire" jointly carried out by the supreme people's procuratorate and Shanghai academy of social sciences to study the influence of social support and school bullying experience on bystanders' responses from the perspective of school bullying bystanders. This paper attempts to explore the mediating role of school bullying experience in the process of bystander response, and to explore the theory of social support, and explain the logic of the conclusion of this paper with the theory of empathy/empathy and the theory of life events. Finally, there are three aspects of research findings:1.The research on bystander reaction finds that: 1)When the bystander sees the bullying incident or the development of the incident, they will have the "contradictory effect" of both protective psychology and bullying psychology/behavior.There is neither protection nor bullying psychology/behavior of indifference, bullying psychology/behavior of pure bullying, and protective psychology of pure protection;2)most of the bystanders are resistant to school bullying and have a protective psychology.Only a small number of them have bullying psychology/behavior,but there are also a certain proportion of bystanders have contradictory psychology, which need to attract our attention;3)in social support, the teacher-student relationship and parent-child relationship significantly affect the response of bystanders.Specifically, the fewer times of being beaten and cursed by teachers and guardians, the more time of parent-child communication with parents. The higher the likelihood of the bystander's protective psychology during or after the school bullying, the lower thepossibility of the contradictory effect, but the peer relationship did not have a significant effect;4)school bullying experience significantly affects bystanders' reactions. In terms of details, the more experiences of bullying and being bullied, the lower the likelihood of bystanders' protective psychology, and the higher the likelihood of contradictory effects.2.Research on school bullying experience shows that social support can affect school bullying, which has a significant impact on the teacher-student relationship. The fewer times students are beaten and cursed by teachers, the lower the probability of bullying and being bullied by others; The influence of parent-child relationship is significant.;The fewer times the child was beaten by the guardian, the lower the possibility of bullying and being bullied by others. The more time you spend with your parents, the less likely you are to bully others; The influence of peer relationship is significant,so the better the relationship between children and peers, the less likely they are to be bullied by others.3.The mediating test finds that the school bullying experience plays a mediating role when social support influences the bystander response.Among them,in the process of teacher-student relationship affecting bystander contradiction and protective psychology, bullying experience and being bullied experience have significant mediating effects. In the parent-child relationship,in the psychology of being beaten by the guardian of the child and in the contradiction and protection of the bystander, the mediators of bullying experience and being bullied experience are significant. The influence of parent-child communication time on bystander conflict and protective psychology, and the mediating effect of bullying experience is significant.Based on the above findings, this paper concludes that social support,to a certain extent, can prevent bystanders from experiencing school bullying, which will make them more likely to develop protective psychology during or after the bystander. The likelihood of paradoxical effects is lower. On the contrary,if the bystander has insufficient social support,it will cause him to experience more school bullying. It is even more likely to have a paradoxical effect,in which bystanders are confused about whether to protect the person being bullied.Based on the above analysis, this paper draws the following inspirations: 1)in the process of children's growth,we should avoid beating and scolding children, increase the time of communication with them, and give them more social support and care and protection;2)professional counseling should be given to children who haveexperienced bullying or being bullied,so as to minimize bullying damage and negative effects of negative events. And we should avoid that the phenomenon of school bullying bring secondary harm, such as,bystanders change into bullies.
