Since the Ministry of Education has promoted campus football activities,it has started to implement campus basketball trials nationwide in 2016.In a short period of time,it has been able to select from local to national youth campus basketball characteristic schools,and then pay attention to development across the country,which can be described as rapid development! And Huizhou is not only one of the central cities of the Pearl River Delta,but also has a certain geographical,economic,and cultural advantages on the east coast of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.It has also held a series of basketball events and large-scale basketball events at various levels,and has accumulated a certain amount of Culture of basketball.However,campus basketball in Huizhou is not widely developed,and there has not been a campus basketball special school so far.Therefore,in order to promote the physical and mental health of young people,cultivate all-round development talents,implement the new measures of the Ministry of Education,and promote the comprehensive development of campus basketball,it is of great significance to study the relevant issues of the development of Huizhou campus basketball.This article takes the current situation and countermeasures of campus basketball in Huizhou senior middle school as the research object,and adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logical induction and other research methods to investigate 21 senior middle schools in Huizhou.Concluded as follow:1.Basketball teaching in Huizhou Senior High School has a certain popularity,and the teaching content is generally based on "Standards".Classes are dominated by traditional classes.Students basically accept the teaching methods and methods of teachers.They are also more interested in basketball and have better basketball teaching results.The time for students to participate in sports independently is usually on holidays,and they cannot fully participate in sports every day,but students are willing to participate in extracurricular basketball activities.2.Huizhou Senior High School regularly organizes a series of extracurricular basketball activities in the school every school year,the form is relatively rich,and the teachers and students are more satisfied.However,the scale and effectiveness of several school competitions in regions with insufficient economic and educational resources are poor.Half of the schools lack an intra-school basketball competition system,and the competition form is single.The number of campus basketball events in Huizhou Senior High School is relatively small,lacking a reward system,and the competition system is not perfect.3.The age structure of teachers in Huizhou Senior Middle School is reasonable,but some schools need to be younger.The proportion of high-level talents in the teaching staff is low,and the scientific research ability is weak.Physical education teachers mostly have intermediate titles,and there are too many people without titles.Teachers have more opportunities to participate in continuing education and training and are more satisfied,but their overall satisfaction with the profession is average.4.The basketball court equipment of Huizhou Senior High School can meet the needs of daily teaching,but the students have insufficient venues for extracurricular basketball activities.Funds for basketball activities can only meet regular basketball activities.There are few funding channels and insufficient cooperation with society.5.The basketball atmosphere in Huizhou Senior High School is not strong enough,and it does not pay attention to the creation of a basketball atmosphere.The development of campus basketball is mainly subject to the leadership's attention and funding.6.The importance ranking of campus basketball impact factors in Huizhou Senior High School from high to low is: 1.Policy and school level factors,2.Basketball course level factors,3.Teacher level factors,4.Family social level factors,5.Venue and equipment level Factors,6.Student-level factors.Policies and school-level factors have the greatest impact on the development of campus basketball.In the six levels,the school basketball was developed on the basis of factors such as "school leaders' attention level","basketball classroom content","teacher professional ability","parental support level","number of basketball courts",and "student physique level".The most influential.
