With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the Internet technology has been fully embedded into all aspects of people's life,the information revolution has reshaped the structure of communication.Especially,the application of Internet technology applications,such as Weibo and Wechat,is exerting a profound influence on people's lifestyle.Mobile apps are rebuilding and reconstructing the communication environment.The governors,medias,and resources and fortune owners are no longer the only information owners or distribution channels.Along with the promotion of China's socialist democracy,people's awareness of freedom,independent and right has constantly been stressed and improved.Every individual is the participant,the recorder,the reporter of information.We enter into an era of everyone is free to speak.However,the boost of information technology has two sides.While it accelerates the development of society and economy,it brings some hidden troubles.For instance,because of the high development and free use of new media platforms,it invisibly displays all the social phenomena in front of the public.Any tiny thing will be like a time bomb.If it is not handled properly,it is very likely to cause various public crises and escalates to a storm of public opinion in a short time and becomes the spotlight.Rail transit is still an emerging means of transportation in Nanchang.Every stage from construction to operation has attracted much attention.Therefore,public opinions on urban rail transit are complex and changeable.And it is easier to become hotpots in the new media environment,causing huge impact than security incidents themselves.At present,the public opinion crisis management mechanism of Nanchang Subway is slightly behind the dynamic changes of social public opinions under the rapidly developing trend of emerging media integration.If the public opinion crisis can not be resolved effectively,it will even seriously damage the credibility of rail enterprises and create new resistance to the development of urban subway construction.In the face of the virtual,open and anonymous network,whether we can "turn crisis into opportunity" is not only related to the image of urban rail transit enterprises,but also related to a city's reputation.This paper tries to make a deep discussion on the mode and strategy of public opinion response to Urban Rail Transit Emergencies under the environment of new media and public democratic participation.In the era of big data in new media,thispaper explores how the government and enterprises can meet the challenge of the change of discourse leading power brought about by the application of new technologies,and how they can make use of such innovations as perfecting mechanism,scientific and technological methods,joint prevention and control,and so on,realizing the early warning and response of the network public sentiment of Urban Rail Transit.
