Research On The Knowledge Ecosystem Of The Network Q&A Community

Allowing users to use natural language to ask and answer and making a bond of users by social means,Network Q&A community realizes reciprocal transformation of tacit knowledge in the human brain and explicit knowledge on the web,and forms the flowing and agglomeration of knowledge.Network Q&A community fuses users'knowledge needs with social needs,and after more than ten years of development it has become a beautiful landscape in people's network life.However,with the rapid increase of the number of users and questions and answers,there came a lot of problems in the network Q&A community,such as relatively inactive users,low efficiency of problem solving and serious garbage pollution.Meanwhile,the theoretical research on the network Q&A community is still scattered,and the research on the overall coverage of the user,the knowledge and the environment is still relatively small,so related research is urgent to further improve.To solve this problem,this paper brings the theory of knowledge ecology to the research on network Q&A community,through the construction of knowledge ecosystem of network Q&A community,to enrich the theoretical study of network Q&A community and provide some guidance about development of the community.Firstly,this paper investigates the characteristics and operation mechanism of the existing network Q&A community,based on the existed models of knowledge ecosystem,and makes a detailed analysis of the body of knowledge(knowledge individual,knowledge population,knowledge community),the ecological environment of knowledge(macro environment,middle environment,micro environment)and the ecological knowledge chain(all kinds of explicit and tacit knowledge converse and flow between knowledge producers,decomposers,organizers,consumers and disseminators);Secondly,on this foundation,this paper constructs a knowledge ecosystem model of the network Q&A community,and reveals the interaction mechanism between the knowledge ecological environment and the knowledge ecology chain,and between and the knowledge main body and the knowledge ecology chain in the network Q&A community;Then,by explaining being open,out of equilibrium,nonlinear interaction and fluctuation as four formation conditions of self-organization,this paper points out that the knowledge ecosystem of network Q&A community is self-organization system,and further explores dynamics and evolution mechanism of self-organization in the knowledge ecosystem of network Q&A community;Finally,this paper takes Quora as a case study,analyzes the knowledge ecosystem of Quora from four aspects:the body of knowledge,the ecological environment of knowledge,the ecological knowledge chain and self-organization mechanism,reveals the current problems of Quora from the perspective of knowledge ecosystem,such as nonstandard topic structure,low user activity and poor quality of answers.Then this paper proposes the corresponding optimization suggestions.According to the study result,the research on knowledge ecosystem of network Q&A community has practical value and reference function,and elucidates the ecological relationship between the users,knowledge and environment of network Q&A community.And the research is helpful to recognize the real reasons of operation problems and development dilemma of network Q&A community and push its healthy and sustainable development.
