Research On The Construction Of Public Information Service Of Songjiang District Archives Under The Digital Background

Archives include all aspects of social development,often referred to as "social memory"".Archives,as the storage mechanism of documents and materials,not only have administrative functions,but also have social service functions.The rapid development of economy and society,promote the overall quality of social improvement,rights awareness and social service demand is gradually improving,in this context,the "public service" concept has been more and more people's favor.This requirement is also referred to as the regional public archives as part of the public cultural undertakings,which demands higher content,methods and effects of its public services.Not only that,as the rapid development of network technology,file management gradually entered the digital era,which provides convenience for the public information service of archives,but also presents a new challenge.Due to the regional comprehensive archives in archives collection resources storage,business guidance,inquiry by means of government information disclosure and public information services there are still some problems,can not fully meet the needs of the public.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ability of public information service in archives.To solve this problem,this paper takes Songjiang District archives as an example,analysis of the current situation of the public information service ability development and restricting factors,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,hoping to better promote the construction of public archives information service,the demand of archives information service to better meet the growing public.From the point of view of public management and drawing on the theory of new public service,this paper interprets the public information service of Songjiang District archives.Through defining literature,statistical evaluation methods such as the concepts of regional comprehensive archives and public information service,and on the basis of the theory,according to the measures for improving the archives of Songjiang District public information service.
