Nowadays integrated circuits are developing faster and more widely,involving industrial production and various fields of people's life.But as the integration of chips becomes higher and higher,its future development is also limited.The most obvious is that the number of transistors on a chip is increasing,leading to a bigger and bigger chip.So this paper uses the floating gate MOS device(FGMOS)to improve the problem.This paper firstly analyzes the basic working principle of floating gate MOS device and its specific performance and characteristics.Then the HSPICE simulation model of floating gate MOS device is analyzed and verified.Then,the application of floating gate MOS device in basic dynamic circuit,dynamic three-value inverter and dynamic whole adder is analyzed in detail.Based on the above analysis and inspiration,the logic cascade problem of composite Boolean function and dynamic floating gate MOS tube is proposed by using floating gate MOS transistor and high performance dynamic logic circuit.In the dynamic circuit,the most obvious advantage of using the floating gate MOS tube is that it can easily reduce the number of transistors on the chip.In this paper,the design of the dynamic circuit is simulated with the HSPICE simulation tool and the correctness of the result is verified.By comparing with the pre-design circuit,the advantage of the optimized circuit is obtained.
