Based on the characteristics and existing problems of operation in diesel hydro-upgrading unit,from the perspective of improving the overall stability and production efficiency,This paper research on optimization technology and advanced control technology,and ultimately put into use in the process through the DCS system.It mainly include that following point.(1)First introduces the basic technical conditions for the control technology and optimization technology,mainly including OPC technology,communication technology for data access,in turn,clients can easily access to real-time data and historical data of the operating process.In addition,the wavelet analysis method is introduced to preprocess the collected data,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of the control loop object model.(2)Introduces the NLJ random search optimization algorithm,which is use for object modeling of control loop and controller parameters optimization.Then analyzes the closed loop modeling techniques,and shows the detailed steps of modeling process.Combining with the advanced internal model control theory and the characteristics of the traditional PID control,the advanced IMC-PID control method is given,and achieved good effect in practical application.(3)In view of existing problems in the furnace,It includes large difference of the furnace tube temperature and the temperature of the outlet pipe of the furnace is affected by the fluctuation of inlet feed flow.The furnace temperature uniformity in branch optimization method and the optimization method to compensate the furnace outlet temperature are proposed based on the principle of material balance and energy balance.The application effect is obtained very well.(4)Finally,a conclusion of this paper was given,and the future research direction of this topic is analyzed and prospected...
