With the increasing activity of social media on the Internet,Wechat seems to be an indispensable social media software for work,learning and social interaction.Since the launch of Wechat in 2011,micro-credit users have rapidly surpassed QQ and other instant social software.At present,they have more than 1 billion active users.Whether the personal information security of these micro-credit users can be effectively guaranteed is of great concern.With the development of the network,Wechat has launched more diversified services to enhance the competitiveness of similar software and attract more users with personalized services.However,the drawbacks caused by this can not be ignored-personal information seems to become more transparent.Whether Wechat's personal information protection service really meets the needs of users is the content of personal information protection in the social media environment.In order to strengthen the security of WeChat users' personal information and improve WeChat users' satisfaction,this paper takes WeChat users as the main research object to understand the real situation of users' personal information protection from the perspective of users.This paper first reviews the literature on personal information protection of domestic and foreign social media software and Kano model,and then designs Kano questionnaire for data collection and processing.On the basis of reference to "WeChat privacy protection guidelines" and user interviews,20 Kano elements were determined.On this basis,the Kano questionnaire was designed,and the survey data were preprocessed and imported into SPSS22.0.The influencing factors of WeChat users' satisfaction with personal information protection were analyzed by combining Kano model theory and statistical analysis method.Two-dimensional attributes analysis and the results after SI-DSI analysis,get affected WeChat the attractive factors of the satisfaction degree of the personal information protection for eight,Q4: respectively by message authentication code can be found at WeChat,Q5: to set access permissions,Q9: circle of friends "is not commonly used equipment" login authentication information,Q10: strangers friends way customizable,Q17: can be frozen,by friends to oneself WeChat Q18: delete all personal information,when your account was cancelled WeChat Q19: can meet tort complaints,Q20: use encryption technology to protect personal information.Item 1 of expected mass factor is Q11: the number of motion steps will be collected when using WeChat exercise;Q14: payment function will collect bank card related information;Quality factors for 10,respectively for the Q1: registered WeChat collect user basic information,Q2: choose whether to provide sound fingerprint information,Q3: collect equipment log information,such as model of Q6: upload friends data stored on the server,the Q7: login small procedures,the APP needs to authorize,Q8: authorized to obtain location information,Q12: using the "search" function will record search information,Q13: provide the address book function will collect the encrypted information,Q15: wealth tenpay will collect WeChat payment record information,Q16: collect voice to text information,but are not saved.In view of the above investigation results,this paper puts forward Suggestions from the user's perspective,the platform's perspective and the legal perspective respectively.It believes that users,as information makers and disseminators,should have a certain awareness of personal information protection and avoid the disclosure of personal information at the root.WeChat platform should further improve the expected quality and tracking charm quality elements,and to strengthen the control of WeChat may authorize platform,auxiliary WeChat users to protect their personal information,to measure the size of the WeChat WeChat platform user satisfaction and making improvement to the appropriate service,to improve enterprise competitiveness and consolidate the existing user groups;The legal department should perfect the relevant laws on the protection of personal information as soon as possible and formulate the laws on the protection of personal information in line with China's national conditions as soon as possible,which is of reference significance to the formulation of the laws on the protection of personal information.
