As of December 2018,the size of China's internet users reached 829 million,of which social networks in all Internet applications occupy the largest user size.WeChat,by virtue of its own advantages,has become the most widely used social network,known by the industry as "the wind vane of the mobile internet era.11 WeChat Moments,as an important function of WeChat,is an information dissemination platform with a wide audience,which has been favored by users since its inception,and has become an important scene in the field of information research.At present,there are many related researches on WeChat Moments,in the existing researches,especially behavioral researches,and information transferring behavior because of the particularity of status(Information transferring is one of the unique information behaviors in social networks),has gradually aroused the attention of researchers.But on the one hand,the literature research finds that less researchers in the field of information transferring behavior in WeChat's Moments pay attention to the fine cross field of health information,and less researchers pay attention to the theme of influencing factors of the willingness of WeChat Moments information transferring behavior.On the other hand,the reality shows that with the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to their own health status,and people can really obtain useful health information resources and people's growing demand for health information is not in line with,the solution of this contradiction is imminent.Visibly,it is necessary and urgent for the academic circles to carry out relevant research in the field of user health information.Therefore,this thesis takes WeChat Moments as the specific research situation,takes the user health information transferring behavior as the research topic,emphatically probes into the influence factor of the user's health Information transferring intention of WeChat Moments,and puts forward the target suggestion according to the research conclusion,aims at improving the user's information literacy and health accomplishment,promotes the website operator,Information service providers and other related parties continue to improve the platform construction,provide more quality information services,promote the vigorous development of the health information services industry and better dissemination and sharing of health information,promote the health of China's electronics,improve the status quo of medical services in China,and contribute to the"healthy China 2030" strategy to promote.This thesis mainly includes two modules of theoretical research and empirical research.In the theoretical research module,the main use of literature research methods,through the WeChat Moments and information transferring and other related literature study,know the current situation of relevant research and hot spots,WeChat Moments,health information and information transferring behavior related research system combing and induction,and the related concepts clearly defined.It provides a solid theoretical basis for the development of follow-up research.The empirical research module can be refined into two stages.Qualitative research is the first stage,mainly using semi-structured interview and rooting theory research methods.In this stage,the semi-structured interview method is used in the collection of raw data,and in the process of data processing,the method of rooting theory is used to encode and extract the interview data,and to construct the relevant theoretical model.Quantitative research is the second stage,mainly using the questionnaire survey and structural equation model research methods.At this stage,this study uses the questionnaire survey method in the data collection,and the data processing of this stage uses the structural equation model method to verify and analyze the influencing factors,so as to draw the research conclusion.The results show that the influencing factors of the willingness of users to transmit health information in WeChat Moments can be summed up into three dimensions of health information level,user level and environmental level.The dimensions of health infonnation level include the credibility of health information sources,the quality of health infornation content,the quality of health information utility and the quality of health information expression four factors,among which the credibility of health information sources,the quality of health information content two factors and WeChat Moments users health information transferring willingness has a significant positive impact relationship,and the effect of health information content quality is more significant than that of health information sources,and the quality of health information utility,the quality of health information expression two factors and WeChat Moments users health information transferring willingness has no significant impact relationship.The user level dimension includes five factors of perceived interest,perceived risk,behavior habit,personal interest and health accomplishment,among which three factors of perceived interest,personal interest and health accomplishment have a significant positive influence relationship with the willingness of WeChat Moments users to transmit health information,and the influence of personal interest is the most,and the influence of health accomplishment is the second.Perceived interest has the least impact,while two factors of perceived risk and behavior habits do not have a significant impact on the willingness of users to transmit health information in WeChat Moments.The dimension of environment level includes two factors of Moments environment and social environment,both of which have significant positive influence relationship with WeChat Moments user's willingness to transfer health information,and the influence effect of social environment is more significant than that of Moments environment.According to the research results,this thesis sumunarizes the relevant enlightenment from the microscopic,mesoscopic and macroscopic three levels.From the microscopic point of view,users should improve their own healtih literacy and information literacy,enhance the awareness and ability of transferring,and provide the main conditions for Information transferring.At the meso level,information publishers and platform operators should ensure the quality of health information content,optimize the operation mechanism,improve their own information protection awareness and professional ethics literacy.From the macroscopic point of view,the relevant government departments should improve the network information law,strengthen the construction of information security and management mechanism,and protect the information security in the process of user information transferring.
