Research On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Transfer Behavior Of Mobile Academic Virtual Community Users

With the development of mobile internet and the intelligentization of mobile terminals,it is the norm for people to communicate,share,transfer information and knowledge in the mobile virtual community.The popularity of mobile terminal devices has made mobile academic virtual communities an important way for people to solve difficulties or improve themselves.People use fragmented time to enter the community and share knowledge,transfer,and other activities with other users in the community.The research on the behavior of mobile academic virtual community users helps them to attract more users,especially the virtual community with academic communication as the core.The speed and quality of knowledge sharing and transfer are important criteria for users to measure the community.However,there are some problems in the mobile academic virtual community,such as the low participation of users in community activities,the lack of active interaction between users,the more users diving,the sharing of knowledge in the community,and the lack of a strong transfer atmosphere.Therefore,studying the factors affecting the knowledge transfer behavior of users in the mobile academic virtual community has theoretical and practical significance,which not only can enrich the theoretical knowledge in the field,but also provide constructive opinions for the long-term development of the community.Based on the social cognitive theory,social capital theory and knowledge management theory,this paper combines the SOR(Stimulus-Organism-Response)model to form the theoretical framework of this paper from the three dimensions of stimulation,body and reaction.Based on the theoretical framework and related literature,the research hypothesis is put forward to construct a research model for the influencing factors of knowledge transfer behavior of mobile academic virtual community users.The collected survey data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS,and the research hypothesis was established.The results of this paper show that the mobile academic virtual community platform,mobile network environment,shared vision,and the sense of trust and self-efficacy in the body factors have a significant influence on the knowledge transfer intention and knowledge transfer behavior in the response.According to the research and analysis results,this paper proposes corresponding management suggestions to provide reference for promoting the knowledge transfer behavior of mobile academic virtual community users and the development of the community.
