Design And Implement Of Yangling Public Security Bureaupersonnel Management System

Traditional personnel information management is based on paper files.When new management functions need to be realized,there are often repeated collection and transmission,low efficiency,high cost and poor confidentiality.Especially in the public security system,the role of dual leadership makes the construction of public security personnel information system have its own characteristics.It is necessary to design and develop a set of personnel management system suitable for Yangling public security organ.Aiming at the problems and shortcomings in the information management system of Yangling police officers,this paper designs and develops a system which takes the standardized management of police officers' information,business online processing and information quick inquiry as the core,and is suitable for the actual needs of information management of Yangling police officers.The system design and development process is guided by the idea of software engineering,using object-oriented method,using UML language to model the business process of the system,and analyzing,designing and implementing the functional requirements,system architecture,interactive interface and functional modules.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,significance,development methods and tools of the personnel information management system of Yangling Public Security Bureau.In the analysis and design stage of the system,the overall requirements are analyzed by drawing the functional structure diagram and activity diagram of the system.The system is divided into seven functional modules:police information management,Department management,police rank management,passport management,wage information management and system management.The use cases of each functional module are analyzed,and static models such as class diagrams are constructed.According to the requirement analysis and functional requirements,the system adopts C/S-based framework and three-tier logic partition.Seven functional modules are designed in detail by further improving the class model and drawing sequence diagrams.The classes and objects in the analysis phase are transformed into software objects,and then the naming rules and the Windows form interface are designed preliminarily.At the same time,with the support of DBMS,the database relational model is designed,the object model is transformed into data model,and the data tables are designed in detail in the SQL Server database management system.The realization of personnel information system of Yangling Public Security Bureau is based on Visual Studio system development platform and SQL Server database management system.The business function module and system management module are programmed by using C# language and ADO.NET technology.Finally,according to the designed system business process and the functional description of each module,the system is tested and the shortcomings of the system are summarized.
