Today's society is one that is evolving at a rapid pace,and one that is also digital.Along with the development of digitalization,the informatization and digitization of intellectual property data has also made great progress.As a kind of invisible property of scientific and technological innovation,intellectual property has great economic and cultural value,is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and is an important manifestation of national soft power.Therefore,the standardized management of intellectual property data and the potential information within the data is of great significance for the development of an enterprise and scientific research.In order to better save management costs and improve work efficiency,many IP companies are working on patent data and the path of platformized management of patent data.However,patent data has a lot of relevant data,the volume of data is large and the application and management process is difficult to control.These features have affected the progress of patent data information development to a certain extent.At the same time,with such a vast amount of incomplete,noisy,flawed patent data,how to discover the potential value it holds becomes an even more difficult matter.In order to solve the above problems,this paper has mainly done the following research,first of all,standardized the standard and management process and inspection process of patent data entry.Laying the foundation for subsequent data management and data retrieval.Secondly,based on the analysis of real-life workflow and work requirements,the overall design of the patent data management and analysis platform was completed by analyzing the workflow,data management,system architecture design,technical architecture design,release environment and operation environment.Finally,based on the B/S architecture,through C#,Css,Html,Javascript and other development languages,through Jquery,Echarts,Boostrap,Layui and other frameworks,using ASP.Net as the basic support for development,and through the SqlServer database for storage,realized a scientific,standard and standardized intellectual property management platform.At the same time,in this paper,through the analysis of the patent data set,the missing value processing,dispersion,standardization and normalization of the patent data set,the eigenvalues in the patent data are selected,and then the different algorithms in data mining are compared,from which a model with the best effect and the most suitable algorithmic model for the IP data is found.Then,by analyzing the importance of patent characteristics,a ranking of the degree of influence on the conduct of patent business is derived,and a predictive analysis of the subsequent development and direction of the enterprise.Addressed the issue of intellectual property data management and analysis.
