At present,the Internet of things,artificial intelligence and other high and new technologies are developing at a high speed,and large-scale terminal equipment is gradually coming into the network.Cisco estimates that more than 50 billion devices will be connected to the Internet by 2020.Edge computing mode can sink data to edge nodes and intelligent terminal devices for processing.Combined with the traditional cloud computing mode,it is conducive to the efficient processing of large-scale data generated by massive terminal devices and has a positive impact on privacy security,emergency response,intelligent applications and other aspects.Taking 3160 literatures in the core collection of Wo S as the research objects,Citespace software was used to cluster the data and obtain the sources of scientific research strength,research topics and research hotspots in the subject area.High-level authors are mainly distributed in the United States,Britain,France,Germany,Italy,China and other countries.Research topics include fog computing,software-defined networks,etc.Research focuses on mechanism,network,chart,model,system and other fields,and the study of mechanism has always been an important field of discipline research.The research achievements in this field are relatively rich,and scholars focus on solving different problems,but in general,the integration of edge computing and industry background is still not deep enough,and the application in the industry background does not reflect the uniqueness of the industry.In order to promote the research process of this problem,on the one hand,this article combines edge computing and intelligent manufacturing,located in the edge of the platform oriented to deal with the manufacturing computing tasks,first of all,according to the manufacturing computing tasks in emergency,importance,complexity,making the adjustment coefficient of computing task scheduling model is set up,to ensure that an emergency,important manufacturing computing tasks to get enough computing resources.Then,the scheduling mechanism of manufacturing computing tasks is established based on dynamic programming theory,MAX rule and MIN rule,aiming at the lowest communication cost,balancing system load and maximizing computing resource utilization of edge platform.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the model.On the other hand,this paper applies the concept of reliability in the field of edge computing,proposes the reliability allocation scheme of manufacturing computing task scheduling system,and completes the second-level allocation of scheduling system reliability,which is conducive to the related personnel to find the optimization target as early as possible.First,in the traditional sense,considering the single-layer effect of the four influence factors of technology level,complexity,danger and task situation,a first-order reliability distribution scheme is proposed.Then,considering the compound effect of multi-layer influence factors,a two-level reliability allocation scheme is proposed based on global indicators.Finally,for the data flow in the reliability distribution process,two visual interface prototypes of reliability distribution method are designed to meet different user preferences and effectively improve the quality of user experience.
