As a rising star,the knowledge payment industry plays a very important role in China's sharing economy.China has entered the Internet era.Compared with before,people have obvious differences in the types and methods of obtaining information and knowledge.Before 2016,the knowledge shared by users was free.You can use the Internet to find the knowledge shared by other people for free on most platforms.A few online communities launched a small-scale knowledge payment service,but after 2016,knowledge paid Behavior began to develop and gradually developed.Based on the rise of various mobile payment terminals,knowledge payment came into being and developed at an ultra-fast speed.Knowledge sharing and knowledge payment have become a new way of acquiring and exchanging knowledge.The emergence of mobile audio shows that users have higher requirements for the content and form of knowledge payment.As a medium that carries mobile audio,mobile audio platforms have continued to grow in market prospects and user demand.The mobile audio platform relies on its users to maintain its brand operation,so studying the influencing factors of user behavior is crucial to the market operation of the mobile audio platform.Mobile audio platform users include knowledge paying users and knowledge sharing users.Based on this,we study the influencing factors of these two types of user behaviors on mobile audio platforms.When analyzing the influencing factors of user's knowledge payment behavior,starting from the characteristics of mobile audio and the characteristics of audio sharers,the price,duration,audition,information display form of mobile audio and the gender,profile length,number of works,number of fans,The length of authentication information is used as an independent variable that affects the user's knowledge payment behavior.A hypothesis is established to build a model.Octopus big data crawler software is used to collect data on the mobile audio platform of Himalayan and lazy listening books.Verification shows that the gender of the audio sharer has no effect on the user's knowledge payment behavior,and other factors have an effect on the knowledge payment behavior.When analyzing the influencing factors of user knowledge sharing behavior,the gender,authentication information,profile and fan volume of audio sharers,the price and playback volume of mobile audio are used as independent variables,and the same mobile audio platform data is collected with the same research method and research path The hypothesis is verified,and it is concluded that the gender of the audio sharer has no effect on the user's knowledge sharing behavior.The audio sharer's authentication information,profile,number of fans,mobile audio price,and volume of play positively affect the user's knowledge sharing behavior.Finally,based on the results,it provides management recommendations for the mobile audio platform from two aspects: user knowledge payment behavior and knowledge sharing behavior,aiming to improve the service quality and market competitiveness of the mobile audio platform.
