Design And Implementation Of Deployment Support System For GEEK Material Transport Solutions

The subject of this thesis is about the software design and implementation for GEEK company's deployment support system for its material transport platform implementation.The goal of this software is to provide engineers with a toolkit to setup practical and robust solution with sensible accuracy and low cost before physical implementation.In this thesis the application background,related theory and techniques are overviewed at first,then the software system development is presented from the perspective of software engineering.The whole subject is expanded in the order of requirement analysis,system design,programming and testing.The general functional demands are discussed based on the business contents for material transport platform implementation,then the detailed requirements are established with related use case models.In the aspect of software design,the architecture and database scheme are presented then main modules design are expanded in the sequel with some design models such as representative class diagrams and procedural chats,by means of object oriented methods.On basis of the analysis and design works the programming and testing are also presented with some typical examples.In general,the deployment and programming function in this system provides the support for the engineer to construct the complete solution base don the preliminary information,design the customer specialized interface,design the robot motion route parameters and necessary optimization.These information provides important preparation works before the implementation of each project deployment.The workshop information management function in this system provide assistance for the engineer to acquire and record the critical workshop oriented data,conducts necessary pre-processing which is the crucial evidence to the technical solution.Through these information processing including statistical analysis and data consistency evaluation,this software system accomplishes the information processing required before the deployment of the technical project.This software system is implemented with C# in the environment of Windows/.NET.Oracle is used as database server in this system.The initial practice of this system shows that it can significantly raise the material transport deployment project's efficiency,reduce the time and lower the related cost,well realizing the system development objectives.
