Design And Implementation Of Report Sharing System Based On Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform

With the rapid application of the 5G network to commercial fields,the ultra-fast network can accelerate the application of cloud computing in China,which has promoted the development of the cloud computing industry vigorously.As the cloud computing technology is applied rapidly to the enterprise information management system,the traditional information technology faces many challenges.Among them,the reporting management information system also faces many difficulties.The reporting management information system,as an important information tool for enterprises to manage reports,also exposes many problems during the rapid development of the company business.Better information technology solutions are needed to solve these problems.Problems such as the increase of the report types,the high speed of the reporting management and the rapid increase of the report storage quantity can be solved by means of the cloud computing technology.Main work finished in the thesis includes:(1)The thesis illustrates the current situation of the research on the reporting management system at home and abroad,and analyzes the IT environment and the reporting management situation of the company deeply.The author finds it necessary to develop the report sharing system.The thesis,based on the flexibility and the universality of the system,proposes the basic design principle of the system,and designs the physical architecture and the logical architecture of the system from an overall perspective.(2)The thesis establishes the report sharing system for goods review and inspection which is based on Web Role and Worker Role,SQL Azure and Azure Storage technology in the subsystem of Azure cloud environment.The thesis also designs and realizes four key modules,including the reporting business module,the system management module,the data index module and the data storage module.(3)The data index and retrieval work in Azure cloud and the internal server storage system is realized on the basis of Lucene.Netframework technology and Azure Directory base,including the index and retrieval of the structured data stored in SQL Azure and unstructured data stored in Azure Storage Blob.It not only satisfies users' needs to examine reports in many different ways,but also strengthens the flexibility and the usability of the system.(4)Windowsserver cluster,SQL Server and Hyper-V technology are used to set up a storage platform for the internal server and develop a storage subsystem of the report sharing system based on the Azure cloud of Microsoft in the internal server.The bussing technique of Azure service is used to save confidential data safely in the internal server.The report sharing system for goods review and inspection designed and realized in this thesis has been used officially by QIMA and its branch companies.In contrast to the traditional reporting management system,the report sharing system based on Microsoft Azure can not only satisfy the basic need of each department's reporting business for goods review and inspection such as the report ordering,negotiating,filling,examining,reviewing and consulting,but also authorize customers to consult the report permitted simultaneously.In this way,it has effectively optimized the IT resources inside the company and improved relevant personnel's work efficiency.It can also provide a reference for companies to transfer other internal information systems to the cloud platform of Microsoft Azure afterward.
