Real Estate Registration Online Business Application And Appointment System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of information technology,government services are developing in the direction of more benefit to the people.In order to further improve the efficiency of real estate registration business and improve the satisfaction of the masses with the work of the government,a municipal government proposed the construction of "one window acceptance" service platform for real estate registration.As a subsystem of the platform,the system realizes the function of online application and online reservation of real estate registration business,so as to realize the transformation of real estate registration business from offline to online service.Based on the construction goal and demand of "one window acceptance" platform,this paper analyzes the demand of real estate registration online business application and reservation system,including the analysis of system business process,functional demand analysis and non functional demand analysis.The main function modules of the system include business application,application management,business query and business appointment.The system uses micro service architecture to design and develop the system to solve the problems of low efficiency,difficult maintenance,inflexibility,poor stability and so on.Based on the micro service architecture,the system micro service,system network topology,system logic architecture,system function architecture and database are designed.The spring cloud micro service framework is used to realize the system.At the same time,the high availability and security of the system are designed,including Eureka high availability and security authentication design,Zuul high availability and security policy design,Hystrix current limiting design,Config high availability and dynamic brush new design.The docker container is used to deploy the system,and the functional test and non functional test are carried out.The test results show that the system meets the expected requirements.At the same time,we use HTML5 and MUI framework to develop the mobile application of the system.The real estate registration online business application and reservation system developed in this project has been put into operation in a city.The successful application of the subject makes the real estate registration business more convenient,convenient for the masses,and improves the level of government services.
