China's new college entrance examinations began to focus on the comprehensive quality of students,promote the reform of the college entrance examination,break score focusing evaluation method,and change from the result evaluation to the process evaluation.It puts forward requirements for the writing of research study reports for high school students.Shanghai is the first batch of pilot cities for comprehensive quality evaluation reform of college entrance examination,major universities and colleges have adopted the comprehensive evaluation admission mechanism to replace the original ordinary admissions model when enrolling new students of Shanghai.The research study report has become the main reference and major acceptance of comprehensive quality evaluation admission.The new college entrance examination policy puts forward higher requirements for the information literacy of Shanghai high school students.Research-based learning has become the normal learning form for Shanghai high school students.For Shanghai high school students,they must master the comprehensive ability of the whole process from problem discovery,information collection,information processing,information innovation and achievement display.In the era of information explosion,how to obtain the required information from the complicated information flow,correctly evaluate and understand and how to use the right information processing tools or analytical methods ultimately become urgent.Through field research,it is found that both the school and the students have a certain degree of incompatibility to the new reform.In order to improve the status of high school students' information literacy,students' ability to cope with the comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination,and let them adapt to the new policy,this paper will use literature research method and key index extraction method to deeply study the assessment methods of information literacy in various countries,combined with the comprehensive evaluation of the college entrance examination,to construct the assessment methods of information literacy for high school students adapted to the new college entrance examination policy.Through analyzing the research data,the impact of individual demographic characteristics,family environment and school environment on information literacy of high school students has been analyzed.Therefore,the intrinsic relationship between students' intrinsic motivation,self-efficacy and information literacy has been explored.Then The improvement measures to high school students' information literacy are put forward.The assessment methods make the school and students better adapt to the reform of the college entrance examination,and help the high school students become an information literate,independent thinking and information ethic lifelong learner.For the school,library and other educational exporters,the assessment methods can be used as a benchmark and reference framework.Based on this,curriculum system can be developed,and ultimately achieve the cultivating of high school student's information literacy.This study mainly draws on the following information literacy promotion strategies:(1)developing rich information technology activities to cultivate students' intrinsic motivation;(2)reshape information technology courses,and change them to a window for students to reach information literacy;(3)create healthy and sound information environment at home(4)Parents should establish a correct view of information literacy;(5)actively perceiving the importance of information technology;(6)setting the correct expectations of information literacy to improve self-efficacy.
