Research On Privacy Infringement, Boundary Delimitation And Protection In The Context Of Social Media

From the perspective of information dissemination,the development history of social media is undoubtedly the epitome of human development history.From ancient times to the present,Our unremitting pursuit is to break through the limitation of time and space,broaden the scope of social communication,and shorten the delay of information transmission,This also produces different communication paradigms that social media in different times match.For a long time,mass communication has always assumed an important social function,Throughout the paper media,electricity media and the early Internet era.However,with the coming of mobile Internet era in China,The rapid popularization of mobile terminals has completely reversed the relationship between information supply and demand,The traditional "communication-acceptance" paradigm has been broken,"Audience" turns into a node with strong information output capability,The concept of "Pan communication" completely subverts the traditional social life,It also brings new formats of social media.In the era of information explosion,the risk of privacy infringement caused by self disclosure in social media is increasing,The way is more hidden,How to effectively protect the privacy information security in the current information dissemination ecology has become a hot issue of many social media users.Therefore,this paper intends to use social media empirical research path,Based on the development trend of social media in China in the context of Pan communication,It focuses on the investigation of privacy infringement and boundary cognition,Explore the path of protecting user's privacy information in the process of using social media,and rethink the mechanism of protecting personal information.First of all,through the literature review of domestic communication status and social media privacy protection,we have re recognized the social media form in the context of Pan communication,The main body,content and method of this paper are determined.Secondly,by studying the theory of privacy boundary management and privacy paradox,Set up situational questionnaire,and extract the cognition of privacy attitude and privacy boundary.At the same time,using the qualitative research method of in-depth interview,combined with specific personal privacy information questions inquiry and observation,collect representative interviewees' information.Finally,through the integration of data,this paper analyzes how to reconstruct the usage habits of social media users and how to protect the privacy information under the concept of Pan communication.Research findings,Traditional demographic factors such as gender,region and education level still have influence on privacy cognition of domestic social media users,The cognition of privacy infringement and boundary caused by gender difference can be ignored,The education level shows a trend of polarization,and users with higher education level and lower level have higher privacy disclosure,The influence of social atmosphere caused by regional differences is still high;Privacy paradox widely exists among social media users in China.The situation of users transferring privacy risk for social convenience is obvious,However,through in-depth interviews,it is found that users are not driven by unconsciousness,but actively choose after weighing;Through the combination of data analysis and in-depth interview,it shows that in the context of Pan communication,users' active disclosure is inevitably threatened by privacy,but with the improvement of information desensitization,the concept of privacy has also changed.This paper puts forward three points of protection of personal privacy information in legal practice: first,the necessity and rationality of the classification system of privacy information;second,the value of social media privacy guidance cases;third,the strengthening of compensation for mental damage.
