Research On Mobile GIS Underground Pipeline Operation And Maintenance Information Release Platform Based On Android

Underground pipeline is the blood of a city,an important infrastructure and lifeline for ensuring the healthy operation of the city,and also an important part of building a "smart city".The traditional Web method leads to low user participation and can not establish a convenient and smooth interactive communication bridge between the public and the authority management department,and the pipeline operation and maintenance information can not be quickly published and shared.Lack of public participation in the pipeline information service platform,pipeline operation and maintenance departments can not timely release information,do close interaction with the public,the public for pipeline engineering accidents around the lack of rapid exchange channels,resulting in information sharing blocked.At present,based on the framework of mobile phone operating system,mobile GIS platform developed by GIS service provider and map maker mobile SDK has been used in many fields such as data acquisition,intelligent transportation,engineering assistance,agriculture and disaster rescue.The application of Android platform is the most widely used.Mobile GIS can set up an underground pipeline operation and maintenance information release mechanism.Developing mobile GIS platform for underground pipeline operation and maintenance information release is in line with the process of urban informatization.This paper expounds the construction idea of underground pipeline transportation and maintenance information platform,uses ArcGIS Server 10.1 as a map server,Postgres database to manage business data.The mobile terminal GIS platform selects ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android 10.1,follows the separate layers of business logic,and realizes the map of mobile terminal.The functions of location,map browsing,data query and information collection and reporting of pipeline operation and maintenance are designed to speed up the construction of underground pipelines and share management information,and provide an effective means for urban underground pipeline operation and maintenance.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The technical framework is designed based on Android and ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android platform.(2)According to the characteristics of pipeline accident information,the data structure of underground pipeline engineering information release is designed.(3)According to the function design,the key technologies such as location positioning technology,Android multithreading technology,mobile terminal and server HTTP communicateon technology and data localization are studied.(4)Write the code independently,and realize the function of location,zoom,translation,layer control,data query and information collection and reporting of the pipeline operation and maintenance.The final research results form the mobile version of the underground pipeline information in Kunming,which can be used to quickly report the pipeline engineering information.It has a certain reference value for the research and application of city information.
