In recent years,as the advent of UAV oblique photography,it has upended the traditional methods of Mapping,and has become a hot spot in both domestic and international studies.The UAV low-altitude oblique photography technique is able to perceive complex scenes in a multi-angle,wide-ranging,high-precision,high-definition manner,and quickly and efficiently capturing the visual image and facial texture of the ground objects.In the case of a data processing system with high performance co-ordinated parallel processing,it can quickly achieve a 3D model based on a UAV oblique photography,and relative to the traditional hand modeling,the data are more accurate,efficient,cost-low,and image-realistic.The researth of 3D model now focus on how to improve the precision,but about the optimization of time complexity and precision of 3D model is insufficient.Result from these reason,this paper based on the precision proposing a researth for improving the time complexity and precision of 3D model.The paper is the Chenggong School district of Kunming University of Science and Technology and the northern of Fuxian Lake as subjects,analysis the construction process and the advantage from the acquisition and the processing mode of image and the construction of the 3d model.And the paper summarizes the application advantages and trends of the UAV 3D model.The main research included:1.By studying the non-quantitative digital camera,the layout of the flight course and the content points,which are subject to the princilpes and attention issues that should be followed.2.A systematic elaboration on the key technology of data processing and 3D modeling.By using the incremental SfM algorithm used in PhotoScan software,combining the method of calcuiating the exterior elements orientationin of four oblique images by the AT results of ortho,to optimize the time complexity.The rusults show that the method can greatly shorten the processing time of aerial triangulation,and it can allow more data processing,more complex scene and higter degree of automation.3.Using Bentley ContextCapture software to built 3D models of live action.Accyracy of the precision of 3D models and digital results based on two areas of different aerial height,the experiment showed that the accuracy of the two areas meet precision requirements,and the size of aerial height has a certain effect on the accuracy of the digital results.
