Accurate measurement of the volume of the stockpile is closely related to the stable production of the enterprise and plays a decisive role in the enterprise's benefit and overall market competitiveness.Since the advent of three-dimensional laser scanning technology,it has completely changed the data collection method.This technology has the advantages of large number of point clouds that can be collected,non-contact measurement,high accuracy and fast scanning speed.Since the current stack volume measurement system has the disadvantages of low measurement accuracy,low efficiency,and excessive dependence on the installation platform,in order to solve these problems,this paper proposes a method that can quickly,accurately,and efficiently measure the volume of the stack.The original point cloud scanned by the three-dimensional laser scanner can obtain the sand pile volume value after being processed through point cloud filtering,point cloud reduction,point cloud segmentation and volume calculation.First,for the small-scale noise and salt and pepper noise on the surface of the point cloud of sand piles,this paper proposes a combined filtering algorithm.The combined filtering algorithm and the traditional filtering algorithm are used to denoise the point cloud filter.The experimental results show that the combined filtering algorithm has the best denoising effect.Good,it can smooth the noise on the surface of the point cloud of the sand pile,greatly reducing the volume measurement error caused by the point cloud noise;secondly,for the ground point cloud existing in the original sand pile point cloud,this article uses random sampling to be consistent Algorithm to segment redundant ground point clouds,and compare the three-dimensional visualization model and measured volume of sand pile point cloud before and after processing with point cloud segmentation algorithm.After comparison,we can know that a random sampling algorithm can effectively segment ground points Cloud,to reduce the relative error of volume measurement;then,due to the large number and high density of the original point clouds obtained,this paper uses a voxelized grid downsampling simplified algorithm to streamline the sand cloud point cloud,which can not only save to a large extent The geometric structure and detailed characteristics of the point cloud of the tested sand pile can also prevent the problem of losing the edge information of the point cloud when streamlining the point cloud,which can improve the efficiency of the stack volume measurement system;finally,the pile volume is obtained according to the projection method The cumulative volume value of each small triangular prism can be obtained to obtain the measured volume result of the point cloud of the sand pile.The volume measurement experiment results of small and medium-sized sand piles repeatedly prove that the measurement method in this paper has accuracy and reliability,and has a wider application prospect.
