Data communication is an important part of the resource exploration system.Wired networks are used in traditional data transmission,with the increase of exploration area and density,a large number of transmission cables need to be laid,the manual cabling has the problems of low efficiency,insufficient reliability and high transmission network cost.In order to solve the above problems,using wireless transmission networks instead of wired networks has received much attention.Research on wireless transmission technology of resource exploration data is conducted in this paper,and the wireless communication system of several representative seismographs are analyzed in detail,combined with the characteristics of data transmission in seismic exploration process,according to the analysis of multiple WLAN topologies,a hybrid wireless communication system based on Wi-Fi and 4G is designed.The core of this hybrid wireless communication system is the design of the repeater.the design idea and specific solutions of the repeater are described in this paper.According to the architecture and composition of the repeater,the detailed hardware circuit design and analysis are performed on the MCU control unit,Wi-Fi communication unit and 4G communication unit.Since part of the LTE frequency band and the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi frequency band are very close,the adjacent channel interference between LTE and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is analyzed and the optimization idea is given.In the software design of the repeater,on the basis of the Linux driver source code modification and kernel porting,the communication software design is carried out,the hostapd.conf,dnsmasq configuration files and the bash script file started from the boot are designed in this paper,and finally iptables is used to realize the connection and forwarding design of Wi-Fi data stream and 4G data stream.A test scheme for the hybrid wireless communication system is designed in this paper.The reliability and maximum throughput of the hybrid wireless communication system were tested by building the test environment.The test results show that the hybrid wireless communication system is reliable and stable,the maximum throughput is 1.49Mb/s,the packet loss rate is 0% and no obvious congestion occurs,which meets the requirements of data transmission in seismic exploration for rate and reliability.It establishes a good foundation for future research.
