Lasers have a wide range of applications in both civil and military applications and have played an irreplaceable role.As the measurement accuracy and application requirements of laser devices become higher and higher,the requirements for testing and evaluating the laser quality are becoming higher and higher.For laser spots where the transmission distance is not long and the size is small,the laser light receiving device can directly receive the emitted laser light to obtain the spot information.In the far field,the size of the spot formed by the laser after a long distance transmission can reach m~2 level,and the ordinary receiving device cannot achieve the effect due to factors such as caliber.The photoelectric sensor array method can make the receiving plane be larger than the spot area according to the size of the spot,and the method is different from the indirect measurement method of the far field spot.The sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor is high and the laser signal of high speed and narrow pulse can be detected.In this paper,a far-field laser spot system based on detector array method is studied,which is mainly for the acquisition process of photoelectric sensor array signals in the system,and the processing and parameter calculation method of the laser signal by the computer software in the system.The photoelectric sensor array target board is divided into three sub-modules for parallel acquisition to meet the acquisition speed requirement.When the laser pulse signal arrives,the acquisition work is triggered,and after the acquisition is completed,the data is sent to the computer through the network interface,and the control function in the target board is mainly realized by FPGA.After receiving the data,the host computer performs image restoration on the original data,and then performs various parameter calculations on the restored image and gives test results.In this paper,the signal acquisition and processing flow of far-field laser photoelectric sensor array is described in detail from four aspects:Photoelectric sensor array hardware composition,FPGA control program implementation,Image processing method and PC software working principle.The external field test experiment is carried out on the system,to verify the test results of the system.
