The micro-ring resonator is one of the key devices in integrated optics,and its role in waveguide communication can not be replaced.However,in the long-term research,the steady-state model of the micro-ring resonator under the linear optical effect is becoming mature,this thesis is focused on the research of multi-channel micro-ring resonator based on nonlinear effect.In this paper,the theoretical analysis and simulation of the wavelength and transmission transmittance of the microring resonator based on nonlinear effect are carried out.The detailed contents can be summarized as follows:(1)The principle and parameters of the optical micro-ring resonator are introduced,the coupling theory model of the micro-ring resonator is established,the transmittance formula of the output ports of single and double rings is derived by using the transmission matrix method,and the influence of coupling function on the efficiency of the micro-ring is analyzed.(2)Focusing on the influence of nonlinear effect,the third order nonlinear optical characteristics are explained,and the Kerr effect,third harmonic effect and fourth wave mixing nonlinear effect are introduced.(3)By using silicon nitride and indium phosphide as the core layer of micro-ring resonator,the nonlinear simulation analysis of 3×3 channel coupled micro-ring is carried out,the spectrum is analyzed,the wavelength range with less nonlinear crosstalk is screened,and the relationship between transmittance and wavelength is studied by simulation.(4)The nonlinear model of symmetric three-loop parallel micro-loop resonator is established to calculate the transmission transmittance of the through port and the download port.The effect of frequency offset caused by self-phase modulation effectand thermo-optic effect on the transmittance of the micro-loop is analyzed at different power.(5)A multi-microcyclic resonator with two different structures is proposed to deduce the transmission model of the N-stage microcyclic ring,and the relationship between frequency offset and transmittance caused by nonlinear effect and the emergence of steady state in the microcyclic ring are simulated and analyzed.
