Shale gas belongs to clean energy,on the one hand,to provide a new energy base for the construction of the global ecological civilization,on the other hand,it can make the country to achieve energy independence and promote national economic development.The successful development of the large-scale commercialization of shale gas in the United States in the past ten years has aroused widespread concern in the international community.In order to solve the high cost of shale gas development,and the efficiency is low,the development of shale gas well factory zipper type fracturing technology began to gain popularity,well factory ground type high-pressure manifold layout mode,both to improve the shale gas development work efficiency,reduces the development cost of operation,and is convenient for construction and management,especially suitable for the development of dense oil and gas,oil shale gas and other unconventional oil and gas resources.Development of shale gas well factory zipper type fracturing operation has for a long time,large-scale,complex pipe connections,of which the ground pressure manifold is a key component of fracturing operations,ground pressure manifold in shale gas development under service conditions,prone to erosion,serious will lead to the leakage of high pressure fluid in pipes,which poses a serious threat to the field operations personnel and equipment.Based on the extensive research of high-pressure pipe sinks based on the research results,according to different working parameters under the condition of fracturing pipe sinks of force analysis,the establishment of corresponding tube department of mechanical model and finite element numerical calculation model,combined with the actual situation,based on liquid-solid two-phase flow model and erosion theory,analysis of the erosion of typical components in the ground pressure pipe wear rule and the structural parameters of the typical components was optimized according to the rules.Established ground high-pressure pipe sinks manifold erosion model of layout mode,comparative analysis in the above two kinds of manifold layout mode case,the ground pressure pipe sinks of erosion wear and for two kinds of ground pressure pipe sinks layout mode put forward a suggestion for optimal selection.In addition to the development of shale gas well factory zipper type ground fracturing pressure pipe sinks of typical parts failure wall thickness judgment method of research used in excess pressure,the ground pressure tube in exchange for typical components in excess pressure using the failure judgment method provides a theoretical reference.The research results provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the erosion wear prevention and safety assessment technology of the typical parts of the high pressure pipe sink in the "well factory".
