XX jewelry company stationed in Nanjing in 2007.At that time,it entered a period of rapid development.Simultaneously,the stability of shop sales team also appeared in such kind of problems.One of the reason is too fierce the competition in the new market:the new brand presence,sales growth and team culture are under great pressure;and the other reason is,the performance of the company is more mature and stable in the old market at the same time,but limited promotion channel will be narrow and management positions have caused the idea difficult to retain talent,and with the influx of the new brand,the old brand’s status experiencing challenges all the time,situations and new competitors paying poaching also occur frequently.Shop sales team is to ensure the stable development of its most basic and most critical a factor for a fast growing chain of retail companies.So how this issue is resolved become the core subjects of the company’s HR team studied.In this paper,according to the theory of turnover,from domestic and abroad,we try to analyze and study their personnel retention from different angles.First,the basic situation of XX company introduced,and basic theory of staff turnover and the theory of human resources management review;secondly,by analyzing XX company store basis sales staff turnover data,found that the characteristics of the problem,to find the source of the problem;again,and foreign staff retention theoretical research results,were constructed(performance,compensation,employee relations,etc.)from the overall system of human resources,management skills various angles line managers,corporate culture and working environment of the issues resolved.Finally,the test of practice,so that the loss of data rate dropped to normal levels within the industry range,turnover of each store have been varying degrees of decline,staff turnover has been a certain degree of control.
