Graphene is showing prospect in the microelectronic devices,sensors,informational storage devices,super capacitors and so on due to its high strength,high specific surface area and excellent electrical properties.However the sp2-hybridized of carbon atoms,the surface of graphene is chemically inertia.The interaction of π-π lead to the trend of aggregation,consequently,the dispersion of graphene becomes the challenge issue.Nanocopper(Cu)is one of important material in chemical Industry,with unique physical chemical properties,has been widely used in many fields such as catalysis,electromagnetic materials and shielding materials,etc.Polyaniline(PANI)is used as electrode materials due to its high pseudocapacitance for Super capacitor.Individual PANI is restricted becaused of the lower chemical utilization and high attenuation rate of capacitance at multicycles.In this paper,the graphene/nanocopper composite is by liquid-phase reduction and polyaniline/graphene/nanocopper composite prepared by in situ polymerization has a higher ratio of capacitance.The main issues of the paper are as follows:Graphene oxide(GO)with different thickness is prepared by the modified Hummer method.Using the different GO and CuSO4·5H2O,grapnene/nanocopper with different morphology is prepared by liquid phase reduction method,hydrazine as the reducing agent.The effect of time of oxidant on the oxidant extent of GO and on the dispersion and diameter of Cu is studied by SEM,TEM,XRD,XPS and FT-IR.Using self-made graphene/nanocopper composites modified carbon electrode as working electrode,the electrochemical behavior of p-nitrophenol in the solution is investigated.The results suggested that graphene is electrochemical active with the modification of nanocopper.Compared with carbon electrode,the redox peaks greatly improved and it’s a new method for detecting the p-nitrophenol in water solution.The core-shell structure PANI/Graphene/Cu composites with the Graphene/Cu as the core and the PANI as the shell were prepared by in situ polymerization using Ammonium persulfate(APS)as oxidant.Compared with the results of cyclic voltammetric(CV)of different percentage of Graphene/Cu in the ternary core-shell composite,the highest specific capacitance of Graphene/Cu composites can be obtained for the composite with 10wt%Graphene/Cu loading.
