| The separation of scheelite and fluorite and calcite flotation is one of the most important problems in scheelite selection,in order to achieve high efficiency separation of scheelite and fluorite and calcite,this article selects five kinds of modified starch dextrin,iron starch,hydroxy propyl starch ether,cationic ether starch and carboxymethyl starch as inhibitors,by single mineral flotation and fluorite mixed mineral flotation explore inhibition effect of scheelite,fluorite and calcite,and revealing mechanism of action inhibition work in scheelite,fluorite and calcite through employed minerals electric potential,infrared spectrum and mineral determination of total organic carbon adsorption.Single mineral flotation test showed that when the pH value was 9,the dosage of sodium oleate was 60mg/L,and the dosage of cationic ether starch was greater than40mg/L,the cationic ethe starch had a significant inhibitory effect on scheelite,had no inhibitory effect on fluorite and calcite,when the pH value was 9,the dosage of sodium oleate was 60mg/L,and the dosage of hydroxy propyl starch ether was greater than 60mg/L,the hydroxy propyl starch ether had a good inhibitory effect on scheelite and calcite,and it had no inhibitory effect on fluorite.five kinds of modified starch inhibiting ability of scheelite is:hydroxy propyl starch ether≈cationic ether starch>carboxymethyl starch>iron starch>dextrin,inhibiting ability of calcite is:hydroxy propyl starch ether>dextrin>iron starch>carboxymethyl starch>cationic ether starch.fluorite mixed mineral flotation test showed that contrapose scheelite:fluorite mixed mineral fluorite of 1:1,feed through a flotation separation,when the dosage of sodium oleate 60 mg/L,inhibitor dosage of cationic ether starch 90 mg/L,can get WO3 grade is 56.6%,recovery is 80.4%of scheelite concentrate,inhibitors of hydroxy propyl starch ether dose of 80 mg/L,can win WO3 grade is 61.84%,recovery is 84%of scheelite concentrate;contrapose scheelite:fluorite mixed mineral fluorite is 1:2,feed through a flotation separation,when the dosage of sodium oleate60 mg/L,inhibitor dosage of cationic ether starch 60 mg/L,can get WO3 grade is48.64%,recovery is 69.54%of scheelite concentrate,inhibitors of hydroxy propyl starch ether dose of 120 mg/L,can win WO3 grade is 50.6%,recovery is 80%of scheelite concentrate;contrapose scheelite content 3%mixed with fluorite WO3 feed through a flotation separation,when the dosage of sodium oleate 300 mg/L,inhibitor dosage of cationic ether starch is 500 mg/L,can get WO3 grade is 32.6%,recovery is71.65%of scheelite concentrate,inhibitors of hydroxy propyl starch ether dose of400 mg/L,can get WO3 grade is 27.59%,recovery is 68.75%of scheelite concentrate;contrapose scheelite content 10%mixed with fluorite WO3 feed through a flotation separation,when the dosage of sodium oleate 300 mg/L,inhibitor dosage of cationic ether starch is 700 mg/L,can get WO3 grade is 46.8%,recovery is 81.24%of scheelite concentrate,inhibitors of hydroxy propyl starch ether dose of 600 mg/L,can win WO3 grade is 49.5%,recovery is 84.5%of scheelite concentrate;cationic ether starch reverse flotation calcite mixed scheelite ore flotation index is better than that of reverse flotation mixed scheelite fluorite ore,scheelite calcite mixed ore flotation WO3 grade and recovery rate were higher than in mixed scheelite fluorite ore.Inhibition mechanism of research showed that cationic ether starch in scheelite surfaces,scheelite of enhanced surface hydrophilicity,and it is difficult to adsorption on the fluorite and calcite mineral surface,therefore,scheelite with fluorite and calcite flotability differences between got significantly improved,for the realization of the scheelite and fluorite and calcite reverse flotation separation created good condition;hydroxy propyl starch ether is not only physical adsorption in the surface of scheelite,can also occur in the calcite surface more strong chemical adsorption effect,but it is hard to apply to surface of fluorite,therefore with hydroxy propyl starch ether as inhibitors of scheelite,reverse anti-flotation separation of scheelite and fluorite is achieved only,cannot reverse anti-flotation separation of scheelite and calcite. |
