Research On The Application Of Green Environmental Protection Technology In The New Concrete Mixing Plant

In recent years,our production of commercial concrete had substantial growths year by year,the rapid development of commercial concrete industry plays an important role in the promotion of the urbanization process in our country,after the 18th CPC National Congress,we had proposed the case of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society,which has been also taken as a basic state policy,so it damands that we should improve the energy conservation and environment protection level of interrelated industries in the construction industry,including the concrete industry.Green environmental protection is the only route we must take in the concrete industry.Comparing with the developed countries,such as Japan,Germany,etc.,the technical research for green production of premixed concrete,the systematicness and comprehensiveness of implementation in these countries are ahead of China.In China,it exhibits the unbalanced development in different regions in concrete industry,the developed coastal cities,such as Shanghai,Hangzhou,etc.,have been the first to start researching the technology of environment protection,in order to solve the influence of environment because of the production sector of premixed concrete.In this paper,the author uses kinds of methods,like documentary analysis,normative study,case study and contrastive study to summarize the present situation of pollution abatement in the concrete industry both in China and in foreign countries,to introduce and analyzes the advantages of using the environment protection devices,which can help us with dust elimination,noise reduction,sewage and waste residue treatment.With the comparison to the related standards,the author inspects the actual result of the applications of dust elimination devices,noise reduction devices,sewage and waste residue treatment systems.Furthermore,throughout the actual cases in one of the commercial concrete production enterprises in Hangzhou,which has made technical reforms and upgrades,the author analyzes thoroughly,what kinds of technical means or solutions the company has used to realize the whole improvement and promotion with three obvious problems,"high pollution,high energy consumption,strong noise" in the traditional concrete industry,also some problems by using a variety of environment protection devices have been put forward,so are the solutions.It could serve as reference and guidance for the companies,who will build a low dust,low noise,sewage-free and waste-residue-free modern environmental protection concrete enterprise,then we could find the effective way to make the concrete industry healthy and develop sustainably,that will be an energetic contribution in building new type of"Green Environment Protection" concrete batching plants in the concrete industry in China.
