With the accelerated development of the national strategy of civil military integration,the state has paid more and more attention to the construction of the national defense aviation field,and the competition in materials market has become increasingly fierce.Enterprise competition is the key to talent.How to improve the attractiveness of talents,maintain the loyalty of existing employees,and continue to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,has become a common problem in all units of the material industry,and W company is no exception.This article uses the career theory to design the staff development channel scientifically,uses the incentive theory to identify the key points to motivate the employees,borrows the advantage of the integration system and quantifies the advantages of the integration system,and combines the scientific theory with the practice of the employees’ career development,and provides a loan for the employees to achieve the commitment of the company to the maximum extent,and to raise the enthusiasm and loyalty of the work.Evaluation scheme.This paper,using the methods of questionnaire survey,literature review and employee interview,takes W material company as the research object,first combs the relevant literature,introduces the general situation of W company and human resources,and focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of the career development of W company.Then,it mainly introduces the principles,objectives and plans of career integration system,and designs the related indicators of career development in detail: positive index,negative index,fixed index,floating index and employment period integral,and then complete the whole body plan of employee career development integral system,and finally put forward the professional career integral.System operation guarantee measures.Through this study,it can better promote the development of W employees’ career development from "passive" and "confused" to "self driven" development,which will continue to stimulate employees to contribute to the company and improve the cohesiveness of the company to provide institutional guarantee.Traditional employee career development management is qualitative and quantitative,and can not reflect the efforts and labor of employees.The representation of career scoring system is the score,and its essence is the record and recognition of the employees.It is also the embodiment of the highest level of demand of Maslow’s demand theory,which leads employees to be deeply respected and self-worth,and then leads to the unity of employees’ personal efforts and the development goals of the company.Through the design of integral system,staff career development is more operational and vitality.In the context of the integration of the military and the civilian,it provides a reference for the career of the employees,and also hopes that the research will provide a reference for the development and management of the staff.
