Research On The Government Functions In The Construction Of Yangzhou's Ecological Civilization City

With the development of the economy,the rapid growth of the population is followed by the "ecological disease" of all kinds of cities.How to cope with the"ecological disease" of the city and make the city achieve sustainable long-term development is an important subject in every city.Yangzhou has a good ecological foundation and deep deposits,but there are still some ecological problems.In some areas,environmental problems are urgently needed to be regulated,and the pressure of ecological civilization on economic growth is increasing.And the key to solving these problems is the function of the government.Guided by the theory of ecological civilization and the theory of sustainable development,this paper takes the "government function" as the research object,expounds the utility of the government functions of Yangzhou in the construction of ecological civilization city,and analyzes the problems still existing in the on-the-job exertion:failure to establish a complete system of system and promote the development of the economy to green development.Lack of enough strength,limited public participation,insufficient guidance for public ecological consciousness cultivation,and analysis of the causes of these problems.Finally,according to the reality of Yangzhou,from the perspective of government management,the author puts forward some suggestions on the function of government in the construction of ecological civilization in Yangzhou city.It will further improve the political power from the three major systems of building system,responsibility and law enforcement supervision,and starting from the promotion of the green development of the economy.To further improve the economic function,from increasing public participation and expanding the channels of participation,further improve the social functions,and to further improve the cultural functions from strengthening the cultivation of ecological awareness and the guidance of the ecological culture.The structure of this article is mainly composed of the following six parts:the first part,the introduction.The ideas and methods of this article includes the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign research review,research and innovation of the article;the second part,described the basic concept of ecological city,the functions of the government,and the theory of ecological civilization and sustainable development theory;the third part,summarize the current Yangzhou city in promoting ecological civilization city government functions in the construction of effectiveness;fourth part,analysis of the Yangzhou city to promote the construction of ecological civilization city government function problems and reasons existing in the play;the fifth part,from Switzerland,Singapore and other countries and Suzhou,Guiyang city government in the advanced experience of promoting the construction of ecological civilization city;the sixth part,combining with the actual situation of Yangzhou,puts forward how to further to promote the improvement of ecological civilization construction in the city government functions.
