Application Research Of TRIZ Innovative Method In Slurry Pipeline Transportation Industry

In order to enhance its own independent innovation ability and improve the efficiency of innovation work,enterprises need to have the right way to guide them,and also for the slurry pipeline transportation industry.The innovation method TRIZ includes many systematic,scientific and operable creative thinking methods and inventive problem analysis methods,which can effectively break the thinking set,expand the creative thinking ability,and guarantee the user to seek innovative solutions to the problem in a reasonable way.With the implementation of the national innovation strategy,TRIZ as a representative of scientific innovation method,has good promotion and application effect in all provinces and cities and enterprises in China.But there is no precedent for successful application of TRIZ in the slurry pipeline transportation industry,and Yunnan Da Hong Shan Pipeline Company has no experience for reference in the process of applying TRIZ to avoid taking a wrong path.Taking Yunnan Da Hong Shan Pipeline Company as an example,this paper makes an overall research on the application of TRIZ innovation method in the slurry pipeline transportation industry.This paper analyzes the problems existing in six aspects when the Company does not apply TRIZ for innovation activities.It studies the concrete practice of the application and promotion of TRIZ by the Company.Through the analysis of three TRIZ application cases,it points out the six characteristics of the application of the innovation activities after the application of TRIZ,and summarizes and analyzes the three parties of innovation effect after the application of TRIZ to the Company.This paper argues that innovative activities should be guided by scientific methods,and the innovative method of TRIZ has this good guiding value for enterprise innovation activities.In the future,the application of TRIZ innovation methods should be more extensive and more extensive and more extensive.The regular characteristics and successful experience of its application have some reference significance for the slurry pipeline transportation industry or other industries,such as equipment manufacturing.It is worth promoting and drawing lessons from.
