| Complex solution is a common solution in environmental science and medical,it is a typical complex chemical system(CCS).The internal-relationship is also complex,not only including a variety of linear independent reaction but also including non-linear coupling reaction.These complex chemical relationships,which as large as the highly developed field of biological genes in recent,will be a typical big database resource in the natural sciences.In addition,it is also the essential source of complex solution in external functions and effects.However,the lack of appropriating research technology,hardly any way to carry out its corresponding large data feature to research the relationship of complex chemical system.At present,the study of complex solutions mainly focuses on two aspects:one is simulate and analyze the various internal-reactions via simplify the relationship of complex chemical system;for example,discussing the relationship between one certain pollution and other pollutants in chemical reaction,the other is composition detection of complex solution.To the study of various internal reactions and express the nature of the reaction system via several independent chemical reactions,they are also by virtue of chemical knowledge and traditional experience.This method is only applicable to the common species or the situation of less species,for the components detection,they still can’t show more comprehensive nature of complex solutions.For example,to the contaminant in environment,our advanced testing equipment can detect the content in a certain pollutant more accurately.But in fact,we still can’t have a more accurate quantification of its environmental effects.For example,using the traditional methods to detected hundreds of chemicals indices of a sample would require individual testing to obtain the desired values.This is a complex and time consuming process.The fundamental reason is that specific contaminants are affected by the complex chemical relationships in medium.When facing the drawbacks of exploring the complex chemical system in traditional research and analysis methods,we hope explore a novel strategy which can express a variety internal-relationship of complex chemical system.Therefore,in this study,an attempt was made to solve the problem of efficiently recording the internal-information of the CCS before exploring its relationship.After three years of exploration and attempt,via high-throughput experimental technology(HTE),our team has created and designed a novel encoded recording strategy of complex chemical system,which can provide a reference for the complex chemical system researchers.Based on high-throughput technology,we put a structured combination of disturbance system and results detection,all the results can be obtained in one experiment,with even greater information.In other words,according to the combined chemical methods and chemical ink-jet printing technology,a new method was developed to address the problems of CCS,including the establishment of a chemical perturbation system with a multi-formula and new detection method.In this effort,firstly,a navigation template was designed using the HTE to disclose the comprehensive results for the information recording of CCS.Secondly,a set of microchips was fabricated using a modified color ink-jet printing technology.This is a particularly attractive technique for the direct writing of patterns and the delivery of precise quantities of materials.Then a chip named UR-chip was obtained.Fourthly,the information of CCS was expressed using the technology of color reaction imaging(CRI).Finally,the digital camera was used to carry out the image information,and computer was also taken to do some digital process and analysis from images.All things we want do is to explore the internal-information on the overall features of the complex chemical system and other information which may be excavated.Main experimental conclusions are provided below:(1)Establishment of expressing and recording methods for the study of the information from complex solution.Via high-throughput experiment technology,we designed a novel encoded recording strategy of complex chemical system,and the UR-chip which could record the internal-information of complex chemical system was made by ink-jet printing technology.At the same time,we selected the chemical compositions and concentration of disturbance agents which suitable for the experiment.(2)An experiment device is designed for complex solution.The chemical reaction device was designed and constructed by the principle of hydromechanics.The reaction mass of each sample and the whole perturbation agents on the one chip were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.Based on the principle of color reaction(acid-base),the complex solution was visualized,and then the information of complex solution was recorded via digital cameras.(3)Digital progress of images.In order to make the presented image information visualized,we extract the image’s color information by computer.Two forms for analysis and storage the information of complex chemical system,including"image-gray-contour-line" and "image-neighbor-two-dimensional matrix".(4)A preliminary excavate and explore to the internal-information of complex solution.On the basis of the present research method,we provide large-scale chemical disturbances to the complex urine,including the original urine sample,the interaction urine sample,the biased urine sample,the diluted urine sample,etc.Meanwhile,the experimental results were recorded and presented,and then based on the digital image processing and analysis system,the image information was analyzed preliminary.(5)Experimental analysis and verification.We validated the disturbance properties of UR-chip,experimental accuracy and the applicability of the chip. |
