In recent years,low pressure injection molding is one of the rapid development of injection technology,which has been widely used in electronic,automotive,medical and other industries.As the production equipment,low pressure injection molding machine has been paid more attention.With the development of industrial automation and the concept of "Industry 4.0",what could improve the level of Chinese low-pressure injection molding machine is research and develop it's advanced measurement and control system,so that it is going to be more competitive in the domestic and international market.This paper combines electronic technology and embedded technology to study.First of all,the low pressure injection molding process is studied and analyzed,working principle of the low-pressure injection molding machine and the equipment status and technical requirements at various stages in the control process are make sure.After completing the requirement analysis,the corresponding embedded system solutions of each sub unit are given.Next,research and design the hardware platform of the low-voltage injection molding machine,design of special embedded hardware platform for low voltage injection molding machine based on STM32F407 microprocessor.Embedded Real-Time Operating System(RT-Thread)used to design software to improve the coordination and operation efficiency of each unit.Based on the EasyBuilding platform,we develop the man-machine interaction interface of the low pressure injection molding machine,design the server side management system that monitors the running status of the on-line equipment and the control instruction.Temperature stability directly determines quality of product.By analyzing the temperature unit model of low pressure injection molding machine,we select the incremental fuzzy PID scheme to control the temperature and achieve the accuracy index of ±0.5?.Finally,the performance of the measurement and control system is verified by the completion of unit test and the whole test,the experiment was completed in the HM400 type low pressure injection molding machine produced by Suzhou Konig technology company.
