Research On The Development Strategy Of HN Mining Group Under The Situation Of Overcapacity Reduction

As we all know,the coal industry not only promotes the economic development of the country,guarantees the quality of the people’s life,but also provides a large number of jobs and maintains social stability.But with the continuous deepening of the national macro-economic reform,the transformation of industrial structure is also imminent.In addition,people’s demand for environmental protection is higher and higher,and coal resources are less and less.The coal price of our country fell all the way,the whole coal industry and the supporting industry were sluggish,just like the "cold winter" season.The HN mineral enterprises in this paper are very obvious and have good representation.Due to policy changes,business competition and resource exhaustion,many industrial sectors under the group’s industrial performance have plummeted,the economic benefits are low,and the cost is rising.So the operation of HN mining company is blocked.This article is the predicament faced by HN mineral enterprises.As an anatomical entry,we analyze and find out the way of HN mineral industry transformation,how to integrate the existing superior resources and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.The HN mineral group as a case study,based on HN mineral enterprise market environment,enterprise operation management and the innovation of enterprise business development,internal risk control and other aspects of the study,using a variety of scientific methods(mainly the use of PEST,SWOT,five forces model)identified 3 major risk HN mineral enterprises currently face.Continue to reduce the national coal industry overcapacity,improve environmental standards,coal resources.In view of the above problems,a solution is put forward.From a macro perspective,HN mineral enterprises must integrate existing resources,enhance core competitiveness of HN mining enterprises,improve enterprise management efficiency and production efficiency,and form a new development mode based on policy oriented,resource allocation and industrial linkage.From the micro perspective,we must first get rid of the integration of resources,business investment and income lower plate,increasing the development of industries;secondly to increase research and development efforts,improve the technological content of products;finally,HN mining enterprises to carry out industrial diversification strategy,namely the implementation of diversification strategy in coal and chemical business,other services secondary industry.Based on the analysis of the current development difficulties of HN miningenterprises,we find out the causes of the difficulties and find out solutions for these reasons,so as to help HN mining enterprises adapt to the new normal of economic development and take a place in the increasingly competitive market.
