With the development of the petroleum industry,the oil field sewage will be produced in large quantities.Therefore,it is a thorny problem to deal with the oil field sewage.The flocculation in the coagulation process occupies a crucial position.There are various organic and inorganic impurities in oilfield sewage,and high salt content is a difficult problem to solve.By consulting a lot of data,it is found that the development direction of flocculants at home and abroad is mainly to develop polymer flocculants,but at present,polymer flocculants are not satisfactory in salt resistance.Therefore,it is necessary to study a kind of high polymer flocculant which can be good in salt resistance.According to the existing flocculant flocculation theory,the main function of the salt water is inorganic flocculant,but only the inorganic flocculant is used,the floc in the salt water is very small and the separation efficiency is very low,so the polymer flocculant should be used to solve the problem of small floc,because the flocculation of the polymer flocculant is mainly through the adsorption bridge,but the polymer flocculant in the salt water It is particularly important to solve the problem of flocculation of salt water.Among them,polymer flocculants are the most widely used.To solve the problem of salt resistance,the first is the theoretical innovation of synthetic technology innovation,and the two is the innovation of salt resistant flocculation theory.A kind of polymer flocculant was designed and synthesized,and the structure characterization and performance evaluation were carried out,and the salt resistance of the polymer was improved and the mechanism of its salt flocculation was studied.The polymer flocculant was synthesized through aqueous solution,and the influence of various factors on the modified reaction was investigated,and the best synthetic technology process was obtained.The experimental results show that the functional monomer is composed of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,formaldehyde,two methylamine and two methyl sulfate.When the monomer mass ratio is(partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide),(two methylamine):(formaldehyde)1:1.1:1.1.system pH is 7,reaction temperature is 60,and reaction time is 6h,a kind of high polymer salt resistant flocculant is synthesized.The target polymer was characterized by infrared spectrum scanning,which proved to be the target product.By scanning electron microscope,it was proved that a certain molecular rigidity could be maintained under high salinity.By discussing different molecular weight,cationic degree and degree of hydrolysis under different salinity,it can be obtained that when the molecular weight of polymer flocculant is 15 million,the degree of cationic degree is 14.8%,and the degree of hydrolysis is 25%,when the dosage of flocculant is 8mg/L,the effect of treating 1%-5%(SS)clay sewage is the best.It is proved that the molecular design is reasonable and the hypothesis has improved the polymer flocculant.Salt resistance.Through the effect of calcium and magnesium ions on the treatment of clay sewage with polymer flocculants at different degrees of mineralization,it can be concluded that the content of calcium and magnesium ions is negatively related to the salt flocculation of high polymer.When EDTA is added to chelate,the optimum amount of EDTA is 20mg/L,and the effect of salt flocculation will be influenced by too much.Comparing the homemade polymer flocculant with the similar polymer flocculant on the market,the homemade polymer flocculant has the advantage.At the same time,the comparison experiment with the fracturing and reproducing liquid in North China oil field and the sewage of Southwest Oil and gas field proved that the self-made polymer flocculant has the advantage,which proves the rationality and practicability of the polymer flocculant.The mechanism of salt flocculation against salt polymer flocculants was studied by environmental scanning electron microscopy and Zeta potentiometer.The experimental results showed that the flocculation effect of salt resistant polymer flocculant was enhanced by multi point adsorption in addition to the basic adsorption mechanism.At the same time,because of the formation of a supramolecular system,the polymer flocculant enhanced its salt resistance.At the same time,some reasonable suggestions have been put forward for the study of the salt resistant polymer flocculant,and it is hoped that it will play a guiding role in the development and application of salt resistant flocculants in the future.
