With the adjustment of domestic energy structure,the status of natural gas in domestic energy structure is further promoted.Natural gas leakage will cause huge loss of personnel and property.The safe operation of gas transmission station is becoming more and more important.At the same time,automatic monitoring and control system is conducive to saving manpower,reducing costs,reducing safety risks and improving operation level.In this thesis,a monitoring and control system for gas transmission station is designed based on the LabVIEW development environment.It will monitor and control the pipeline pressure,environmental temperature,pipeline stress,field image and station valve in real time locally and remotely.This system is mainly composed of three parts:The system is mainly composed of three parts:the terminal monitoring and control module,the system host software,and the mobile client.As the terminal control tenninal control module is responsible for data acquisition hardware implementation;As the core part of the whole system,the host software realizes the functions of data monitoring,valve control and data processing,and then sending data to the cloud server.At the same time,it sends the alarm information,receives the instructions from the mobile client,and performs the corresponding operation.;As a remote terminal,the mobile client is responsible for receiving the monitoring data,monitoring the image and alarm information of the station,and controlling the station equipment.In the system designed in this thesis,the communication protocol of Modbus communication protocol is used to realize the communication between the host computer and the teminal measure and control module.In data monitoring,the system host uses the TCP/IP protocol to connect the cloud server and forward the monitoring data to the mobile client through the cloud server.During video surveillance,the video is captured by calling VAS,and the local monitoring image of the station is sent to the cloud server by POST method.The mobile client uses GET method to get the image from the cloud server.In addition to sending the alarm information directly to the mobile phone,the system also uses the SMTP protocol to send the alarm information through e-mail to the user's mailbox.Besides,the system also implements the encryption of user's login information by RSA algorithm,and prints the monitoring data to Excel spreadsheets by using the function that LabVIEW brings.First of all,this thesis describes the background and current research situation of the topic.Secondly,the key technology of this system is studied,and the LabVIEW sub VI module is designed to realize the related function.Third,the hardware circuit and the running program of the tenninal measure and control module are designed in this paper.Fourth,this paper developed the station host computer system software based on LabVIEW.Fifth,the tenninal measurement and control module and the hardware and software test of the whole station pipeline monitoring system are completed.Finally,the paper summarizes the thesis,and puts forward the prospect of the further development of the system.
