The Laboratory for the exploitation of marine non-diagenetic natural gas hydrates through solid fluidization is a scientific research and experimental platform based on the establishment of natural gas hydrates,and is mainly used for the scientific practice of marine gas hydrate development.To verify the gas hydrate during the test experiment,the operator needs to manually connect the sampler and test equipment.In the course of operation,there may be experimental accidents caused by improper operation,sensor failure,etc.,and the life safety of operators is threatened.Therefore,minimizing test accidents and improving the working conditions of operators is one of the problems faced by the Laboratory for the exploitation of marine non-diagenetic natural gas hydrates through solid fluidizationThis article is based on the joint research and development of the Laboratory for the exploitation of marine non-diagenetic natural gas hydrates through solid fluidization independently researched and developed by China Southwest Petroleum University,China National Offshore Oil Corporation,and Honghua Group.The operation flow of the device connected to the test device is designed to be a device that can move itself according to the planned path and intelligently connect the sampler and the test device.The device is mainly composed of a movable platform and an intelligent connection device.Through the preparation of the control program,the smart disconnection of sampling and test equipment can be completed.Firstly,the performance index of the portable NGH sampling and testing intelligent connection device was determined,and the overall scheme of the device was designed.Secondly,the mechanical structure of the mobile platform and intelligent connection device is designed and the three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks software.Based on this,the movement mathematical model of the omnidirectional mobile platform based on Mecanum wheel is analyzed and solved.The control circuit of the device is designed according to the desired functional requirements;the design of the motor closed-loop control algorithm and the tracking navigation control algorithm for the mobile platform is completed.Finally,through the fabrication and installation of the principle machine,this paper verifies the correctness of the mechanical structure of the portable NGH sampling and testing intelligent connection device.Through the specific operation experiment of the principle machine,the feasibility of the control algorithm is verified.It is proved that the theoretical design of the device is correct and has certain practicality.
