Biological systems can respond to external stimuli(heat,sound,light,etc.)in nature.Under inspired by nature and biology life system,useing of intermolecular weak interaction to the preparation of adaptive with multiple stimuli responsive materials is a hot spot in the supramolecular chemistry in recent years.Supramolecular gel constructed by hydrogen bond,?-? accumulation,van der Waals force,coordination bond and other weak interactions.These reversible non-covalent bonds give it some special properties.Compared with the traditional polymer gel,supramolecular gel which known as the smart gel,has good thermal reversibility and can response to the external stimulation such as chemicals,shearing action and the photoelectric effect.This paper mainly developed two kinds of organic supermolecule gel,The basic concepts of supramolecular chemistry and gel chemistry were introduced in the introduction.The latest research work on the Crown ether derivatives gel and ?-cyclodextrin gel was also introduced.In the experimental study,we discussed the interaction forces of these two kinds of organic supermolecule gels and studied their potential applications.It is composed of the following three chapters:1.Several supramolecular building bocks were been synthesized:crown ether derivatives(DB24C8-tPy),NDI derivatives containing secondary ammonium salt(NDI-N3),stopper units of methylated trazolum groups(stopper-acetylene),terpyridine with hydrophilic and hydrophobic long-chain(B1,B2).The structure of all the intermideats were confirmed by 1H NMR.2.Prepared a gel factor,DB24C8-tPy&Cu(OTf)2 coordination compound.Which can form thermal reversibility gel in toluene and acetonitrile mixed solution.Screening based on copper ions with ten different types anions were uesd,it found that only Cu(OTf)2 can form gel,other anions can not form gel.This indicated that the gel system has anionic selectivity.The interactions force of gel studied by infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence emission spectra and UV-vis absorption spectra.Also measurements the SEM morphology observation and rheological test.3.We have constructed a supermolecule thermo-induced gel based on the commercial available host ?-cyclodextrin.The system can realize the solution(S)-gel(G)-solution(S)multiphase transition in the DMF solution with the temperature increases.We have tried to apply it as a temperature-induced intelligent material to the temporary plugging based on this special phenomenon.It showed non-covalent interactions between the components by a series of measurements(SEM,FT-IR,XRD,Rheology).The temperature-induced smart material with the advantages of cross-linker and gel-breaker free compared with traditional temporary plugging agent.Physical simulation experiment results showed that the material is a solid free fluid with good fluidity at room temperature.After injecting to formation,the fluid gradually transformed to gel at 90 ? with sufficient strength to block cracks.Further heating,the gel would collapse to sol at 110 ? without adding additional gel breakers,leading to the flow conductivity restoring of fractures.This novel temporary plugging agent has potential use in diverting fracturing,drilling,well completion,well clean etc.
